Very cool and patient staff. I only come on occasion to treat myself because everything is overpriced. The way the line is organized kind of sucks too but there's not much they can do about that. The kind staff and very efficient service just makes up for everything though.

Burnt bits on my cheese danish, they should be warmed upside down!! Also, baristas are always yelling, no matter the time dont mind it in the afternoon but I really don’t want to hear GOOD MORNING!!! THANK YOU!! Screamed at me at 8 in the morning, I get that you’re being forced to do it but please chill I’m barely awake and won’t respond lol. Most supervisors at this store also kill the vibe when I go, don’t like the way they talk to their staff.

I ordered 12 cheese danish items thru Uber Eats, but I received only 7 of them. They gave me instead a note saying that they are out of these 5 items, and I need to contact the delivery provider for a refund. So I contacted the Uber Eats service and they said it’s not refundable. So disappointed, I paid extra money for items that I didn’t receive!

Absolutely disappointing experience. Arrived at 6 AM as advertised on both Google and the store's board, only to be kept waiting for 30 minutes in vain. If you can't honor your own opening hours, don't advertise them. Total incompetence and disregard for customer time.

Undoubtedly the BEST Starbucks that I’ve been to! The warm and welcoming staff at this location is AMAZING! Even on the busiest day, they have a smile on their face and they provide EXCELLENT customer service.They take the initiative to remember the names of their frequent customers and that is really something very special!After a stressful day, I enjoy going there to relax and have my coffee. I feel so much better just interacting with the friendly staffs who make pleasant small talk with me.I normally order Caffe Vanilla Frappuccino and Jave Chip Frappuccino. I find that they taste MUCH BETTER at this location! I have bought these same 2 Frappuccinos at other Starbucks locations and I was disappointed! It wasn’t blended properly, it wasn’t smooth and creamy; it tasted too icy! But here, I am always very happy with my orders; they know how to make it to my satisfaction!Some of the names of the staffs that I would like to give a special shout-out to for their outstanding service are (in no particular order!), Yurika, Nayoung, Gwen, Diana, Liliana, Jerry, Aidan, Victoria, Chelsea, Kate, Chaitali, Eric….There are however so many other remarkable staffs whose names I have not mentioned but I would like to say that this particular Starbucks location has in my opinion the Best team of staffs!Keep up the good work guys and don’t ever lose your high energy, passion and cheerfulness!

This Starbucks branch is one of the best branches. I truly feel like I visit a local coffee shop. Starbucks is kind of an enemy of the local coffee shops, but what makes a difference for this one is the team inside that shop. Even the taste of beverages is different. As you can see, the team is happy - the team leader is passionate and amazing. I sometimes go to feel their energy and feel good. (yes, daily savings of around 8-9 dollars don't make you rich. If you don't allow small treats or gifts, you may spend more money on your mental health at the end of the day.)Anyway, I love this Starbucks branch - I hope your team spirit never disappears.

I’m never coming back to this store again. I used to always order here before I go to work and there was never a problem. I don’t know what changed but I’ve been late to work twice this week because they couldn’t give me my drink on time.The first time was a few days ago. I waited for a total of 20 minutes for my drink. I did notice it was a bit busy when I got to the store and I didn’t want to rush the baristas so I stood there and waited for 10 minutes before asking them if they had my order. One of them told me that they did have it and it was coming right up. And so I kept waiting because they made me believe that they were making my drink already and that it would only take a few more minutes (which I could spare before going to work). But after some more time the barista called my name again and told me they didn’t have my order and that ‘someone probably took it’ (which could NOT have happened because I never stepped away from the pick up counter after I ordered and no one had called my name that whole time). By this time I should already be at work. Honestly I’d rather the barista just straight up tell me that they hadn’t started making my drink when I first asked. Then I would’ve just abandoned my not-yet-started drink and get to work.I wasn’t going to write a review but the same thing happened this morning. There weren’t as many people today at the store when I arrived and my order was relatively more simple, so I was hoping that it wouldn’t take long (probably wishful thinking). Again, everyone who was waiting with me had left and I was the only one left there but my name was never called. So I went up to the counter and asked the barista (today it was a different person) to check if they had my order. Guess what? I got the exact same reply saying that they did have my order and it was coming right up! So I thought I would give them just two or three more minutes (which, looking back, I totally shouldn’t have) before asking them to check again. This time I explicitly told them that last time they didn’t have my order and I had to wait for 20 minutes. That was when they finally decided to look for my order and started making it. This was 8 minutes after I placed the order. Got my drink two more minutes later and barely missed the time so I was still late to work this morning.I’ve been getting my drink before work at this store for the past five months and this had never happened before. I don’t understand why this is happening all of a sudden (maybe there’s been some changes with the staff?) It’s making me think that someone here has a problem with me or my name that every time they see my order come in, they will keep it on hold and wait till the very last second to make my drink. Anyway I won’t be coming back to this store. Can’t afford getting drinks at the expense of my job.
