The pastry tasted really dry and disgusting. It was as it was from 2 weeks ago with how dry and unsavoury it tasted. The owner was also very unprofessional and gave dodgy glances the whole time at the store. I do not recommend visiting this store.

It is very basic but good bakery on plaza , not very fancy bur delivers freshly baked goods at fair prices. Some items are too expensive but most are very fairly priced , it's good! :) I don't understand how it can have such low rating on here . I've been a client for 20 years.

I asked them for cake like 5 times and then the last time I spelled what I want like C A K E and I didn’t even mind though English is just language but they act like I didn’t know how to speak English, after reading reviews I realized it was there fault. Even the cake was not good in taste. Please avoid this place.

Pastries are hard as a rock. $20 for 3 desserts and it all went in the garbage. No returns or money back even when the product is inedible. Don’t come here. Go to Amadeus down the street, same price anyways.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Their pastries are garbage! For real! It doesn’t make any difference if you eat a brick or their pastry! It’s not fresh at all I think they baked it a week ago maybe… never coming back and I don’t recommend it at all… $6 for each of this? I’d prefer to put my money in the trash bin.

The staff are disgustingly rude and most of them don’t speak English. They are not very helpful and will never give you a bag or box. Their pastries are not very fresh. I bought a blueberry sponge cake last week and it was hard and dry.

The worst customer service ever, we went there yesterday and we bought 2 pastries. They had lots of bread and they stacked big bags of flour there on a bread rack, my mother in law asked that what kind of flour is this and a super rude and aggressive lady answered that you don’t need to know this is our business not yours? OMG ? she was super rude and keep continue arguing while serving the other customer.I have no idea who want to shop there with this attitude.We got home and we tried the pastries and both of them were so old and dry, disgusting , we throw them to the garbage where all this store belongs to be.Please never shop here and save your money!

Purchased the Cheesecake and the Napoleon Cake during Passover weekend to serve at a dinner party. Both were extremely disappointing and none of the guests could eat it. They were both very stale and the Cheesecake had a very gritty texture and did not taste like cheese at all. The Napoleon cake was so old and stale, it tasted like you were eating sheets of paper, very disgusting not to mention embarrassing. When I called to complain, they were very rude and the manager did not even offer me a refund or anything at all. Do yourself a favor and do not spend your money at this bakery. The best part is the cheesecake is sold by the pound, $7.99/lb, it looks wonderful with all the strawberries on top but tastes horrible. Shame on you Steeles Bakery!
