I’ve ordered meatball subs from many different Subways and they always include tomato sauce on the meatballs. Can’t assume that at this location. Only after toppings were piled on did I realize the sub looked different and asked 3 times if the sub had sauce. Only on the 3rd ask did the lady respond and ask if “I wanted MORE sauce.” A bit of sauce was drizzled over the mountain of toppings. The sub tasted abnormally bland for a meatball sub. Upon closer inspection, the meatballs had no sauce and it was the most tasteless sub I’ve ever had. I hope the staff learn from my experience.Atmosphere was 3 because all Subways have the same layout.

Went yesterday ( Sunday) and had two people in front that ordered wraps. We waited 15 min just to place our order, then the server says we have to wait while she tops up all the veggies. Their was enough but ok. 3-4 min later she says she’s ready. Don’t like how she puts the subs together. Messy, and the breads were so skinny.Avoid this location. I’m tired of supporting rude, ignorant, incompetent businesses. Mr Sub down Dufferin is a lot better and quicker, and a little cheaper.

Do NOT order from this location. I ordered a mobile order and my sandwich was missing at least half the ingredients. I contacted the store and left feedback online through Subway's tools but got no response back. Save yourself time and DO NOT ORDER from this location. Go somewhere else!!

I ordered through ubereats today and the lady forgot to add monterey cheese for both my sandwiches.If u ask them for extra veggies on ubereats, this location will never give you extra veggies.They often made some mistakes like this so I even called the lady after I completed the order to make sure they didn’t forget anything.And again I got my sandwiches with missing ingredients. Not only that, the old lady working here incredibly rude. I wish she just stays home if she doesn’t like her job. Today is my last day order from this location.

Staff member was very polite and makes a good sandwich. I happened to come in with only one customer ahead of me but very quickly 3 other customers appeared and the sandwich artist was a bit overwhelmed. Sad to see these corporations always understaffing. Poor guy had no option to even try to call for back up.

Did order through app & whole order was wrong. Even they have no bread. & have to eat such a bad sub . This is the worst experience ever with subway. No surprise that subways are closing locations

Ive gone to this location twice on sundays....both times I had to wait while the one employee is still setting up for the day, its frustrating watching them slowly walk back and forth, I only have a 30 min break and most of it was wasted by having to wait.....you shouldn't unlock the door and put the open sign if your not actually ready. When a customer walks in to your establishment, They should be served in a timely manner and not have to wait almost 5mins regardless if you just opened....

They don’t accept the subway app rewards here. Not sure why. I’m guessing they won’t accept the subway coupons I get in the mail either. Why would anyone go to this Subway if they don’t want to accept any rewards or deals or coupons? Might as well go to another subway from now on and never go back here. I remember they don’t know how to apply the healthcare worker discount and other advertised subway deals on their system properly. In general, they aren’t even well stocked with ingredients. Overall, I don’t know why they bother staying open. I think this location either needs new staff and management or they should just shut down because they’re not going to do well in business with all of these shortcomings!
