Both soups were cold, contained beef, and contained undercooked potatoes and undercooked carrots. Both soups were watery and tasted of vinegar.Coleslaw tasted like it was made with dishwashing water. Chicken entrees had clumpy, salty stew chicken gravy - should have been thinned out somewhat.I’m a little bit shocked at how disappointing this order was. What the heck happened to this place? Went there to find it cold, uninviting, and desolate; used to be busy, vibrant, full of delicious smells. The food was cold, tasteless, and the salted cod tasted different...like it may actually be Makayabu fish. What on earth? Sunrise used to have really good tasting food. Was shocked to see what it has become.

I went at 10:30pm on friday March 01st/2024 with my friend to buy food and the lady at the front had poor customer service,she wasn't nice with me , we both ordered fried chicken with white rice and all I asked is to put OXTAIL CRAVY of the white rice and she was giving the face of "you asking too much" and asked her about the steam viggie and she didn't answer me !!!Do you guys think this is right service with a customer who was hungry at night and chose this restaurant to eat from ?I will NEVER go there again until they change there attitude with customers because customer ALAWAYS right

Ordered from the one in Mississauga and wow TERRIBLE jerk chicken , taste like pure ketchup sooooo gross. Worst I've ever had!
This was the worst BBQ chicken and rice peas I've ever tasted. The rice was clumpy and nasty. The chicken tasted awful , along with the coleslaw which tasted like butter. I couldn't eat it, the bits were painfully disgusting. You wonder how this spot remains open. This was a quick robbery of $12 bucks...this sunrise location is truly the definition of why " you don't eat from people" ???

I went to this place 2nd time in a row. The first time the cook was at the front he said he had no one to serve me i said so why are u open! Tonight i tried to order oxtail again the cook was at the front he asked me what i would like i said oxtail he said he only serving oxtail then the girl who serves started screaming. Then she said she was not serving because she had to pick up her child! And yelled at the cook to serve me and his just standing there! Then someone asked him what time his ending his shift he said 10pm why stay open if his not serving clients! Very dissapointed on their customer service never going there again! Poor service, bad attitude the place going downhill!

I usually order from these guys all the time through Uber eats and for some reason my last order I ordered small chicken curry and small goat curry with white rice, these fools thought I'd be able to eat my order that I received with no dam white rice, seems like the rice grew legs and walked away. Not only that but I also ordered extra curry gravy on the side, don't know what the hell they sent me definetly not freaking curry. Such a dam waste of my money.
