Try to dine in. Stand by the counter for 20+ minutes. No one comes up to serve . We just left the place. Lack of service. Never came back again.

"My kids and I wanted to have some food. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, we still waited 7 minutes to be seated, another 15 minutes for the waiters to take our order, and 40 minutes to receive our order. We arrived at 3:18 pm and got our order at 5:30 pm. It took an additional 15 minutes to pay, and finally, we left at 6:15 pm. It was a very disappointing experience from 3 pm to 6 pm just for a meal."

Waited in the front to get seated , nobody came . Had to peek over to where one server was for the whole restaurant. We sat down , ordered our drinks and food . I asked for a burger well done , it came out BURNT, with the tiniest amount of shredded cheese and bacon. Sent it back asked for Smokey bbq wings and it came out with mild sauce wings … ridiculous, I told the waitress to forget about it . As a regular customer I won’t be back. Serves here is usually slow . My waitress was amazing though none of this was her fault , kitchen staff is just Caca

Typical Swiss Chalet but the chicken was a decent size compare to some other Swiss Chelts where the chicken leg is more of a pigeon leg... specially the one on Bloor street eat of Royal York...that was so funny to even look at...not to mention it stank...

extremely disappointed the food was cold it never arrived hot and fresh which means it was from a previous order that was most likely canceled and they didn't want to loose money or the fact that the service is extremely slow dont know why if a meal is ready why not bring it to the customer instead it was left to sit there , aslo the glasses that you drink out of not washed properly had to ask for another glass & even when i was brought another glass still it was dirty had food residue from previous usages not to mention alot of water stains all over the glass . i cant even imagine whats on the plate that you dont see because the plates are not transparent . when it comes to serving foods to the public the dish wear needs to be proper i mean people can get sick from that . my family actually got sick from eating there , we came home & one by one we all came down with the same symptoms definitely food poisoning due to un clean dishes or food not cooked properly, we were sick for a week high fever chills not being able to eat all we could do was drink alot of fluids to flush it out pysical weakness too mild headaches it was a scary experience never again.
Had a get-together with friends for my birthday, food was good and staff is very friendly! A little music would have nice as it was a tad too quiet but besides that it was a good time!

we went to eat here tonight as a family at 8pm. was told restaurant was full and there were plenty of empty seats, than after we were escorted out a guy told us they ran out of food, the man wasn’t very pleasant about running of of food. we had drove about 15 to come to this restaurant so it was very disappointing. please check time i am posting this review and check photo i posted. avoid this location at all cost. they might not be opened
