Extremely poor service. We sat for 15 minutes the waitress attended people that came after us. We tried to wave our hand many times pressed the call button on table as well no response. Frustrated and disappointed we left without ordering and still no body cared.

Went yesterday for dinner at this restaurant. Waited for 20 mins and they didn't even take our orders. They had one table with many people and only their food was served but not even taking orders for 20 min is dreadful. Kept on delaying it every 5 minutes and we walked out. If you are short staffed and can't handle it is fine just inform the customers. Don't keep them hanging. Staff could do with better customer service

I ordered a fish meals for dinner and got my delivery after 3 hours (at 11.50pm). Out of that, 2.5 hours was the preparation time. The delivery person took the actual travel time of 30 mins. When I tried to contact the restaurant, didn't get any response. I'm not sure about the dine-in service, but online delivery service is very bad.Response for the owner:Yes I do have the audacity to blame because I waited for freaking 3 hours for the awful food and u have the audacity to blame it on driver when it showed 2.5hrs for preparing I am just confused whether the driver was preparing the food

The taste was pathetic, neither of the food we ordered tasted back home. Water was tasty though ?. Don't prefer this place.Service was good however the other aspects of the restaurant ruined it overall. I wish I could ask for refund.

Visited for the first time. The service is a bit slow but the food makes up for it. The food Actually Tastes like a regular home made food and not like a fancy restaurant who’s claiming to be authentic ?I had the cilantro masala dosa. It was delicious with the cilantro chutney and sambhar as well. The salan with the parotta was so rich you can taste every single ingredient used to make it. Food here is very authentic and true to its name has the real Taste of Tamil Nadu. 10/10 would deffo recommend for everyone to try at least once if you're in town.
