I was waiting for my order and I noticed one of the two cook was standing behind the guy doing cashier was picking his nose and rolling whatever it was. By the time my irder was ready another customer ordered and he immediately grabbed a wok and started cooking without washing his hands. I understand that the weather might be causing the dryness in his nasal but staff should be aware of practicing proper hygiene. Its gross
Cockroach in my Pad Thai. Reached out to MYT Group customer service and didn't receive a response.

The good: good service, flavors, menu optionsThe not so good: value for money, nutritional value, menu readability, environmentalWorking my way through the menu, which has a hood selection, however it is impossible to read behind the counter as the text is so small. I have heard that online is your best bet.Service is fast and friendly and the flavor is pretty good. I still have to try the curries.Value for money is poor, as the veg is relatively non-existant, and the slivers of meat make it a great treasure hunt. Some dishes, the visible 'veg' is basil.Nutritional value is very low as the dishes are 95% noodles (haven't tried the rice dishes yet). They have cauliflower options too, but veg/meat to carb ratio is abysmal.Cute paper packaging (Chinese takeout style mini boxes), however there is a metal handle, so for sorting and separating, this container may create some problems.

Service was the regular experience but their food tastes heavily metallic and it’s not very nice. I love the Pad Sew Ew they have at other branches but it tasted so metallic at this branch that i had a hard time eating it. Disappointed

Terrible. Their pad thai has gotten really bad. Its just noodles and bean sprouts. All the other ingredients are so tiny you don't even see them. Do not go to Thai express any longer.
