This is a review to ask for the manager or supervisor today to check themselves. I witnessed an elderly couple kindly ask to borrow a pen from the cashier, but the person in charge told them; "we don't have any pens at this store"... If you can't lend a pen for whatever reason just say so, don't blantantly lie about it. This person lacked customer service... It's just disappointing

What an attitude! bad service, poor management, no empowerment, all they can say is NO. It is just so wrong here.It wasn’t my fault that you made my order wrong. It was YOUR fault! Tossing blames between their own colleagues. So they made my sandwich again. No apologies and threw my sandwich on the table. Taste was horrible and blend. there is no sauce or any seasoning so I ask for some mayo and they said it doesn’t come with any sauce. So eat it or don’t eat it. What?

Tons of thanks to all the staff working on morning Jan 30th, 2023 especially the Manager on duties! My parents lives near by, just like to spend morning times and coffee almost every single day. Today my mother left her purse at the stove seat, her cash to pay her next month rent was in the purse, not mentioning all the credit cards and IDs.My mother realized she lost the purse after lunch, after about 4 hours.We went back to the store, the purse was kept by the male Manager, he checked name and returned the purse, all cash were still there!!!!Can’t appreciate any more! Love this store, love the coffee, and all the nice and responsible staff!!!
