You have to gauge how busy a place is and act. You had one cashier dealing with a really indecisive customer and created a line up, while the drive through had 5 staff . Why was another cash not opened? You require 2 cashier's when busy not one.I was so frustrated standing waiting just to get a coffee and go. I just left and went to another Tim's where the service was quick.

This is my local Timmies, inside a gas station. I love the staff here, the coffee is usually the best you'll ever get from Tim Hortons, and the food is surprisely really good! If you like Tim Hortons, this location is as good as it gets

Absolutely the worst Tim Hortons. 20 min in line, watched the brown female server argue with 3 people (including myself). I noticed 2 coffees sitting there, I said “excuse me, are those my coffees? If so, one is supposed to be a triple triple not black. The male brown guy then says - sorry that’s what she entered. That’s what you get. I also observe the same situation with a man who walked in to pick up a delivery order. Tim Hortons needs to begin hiring people who speak English.
