What is wrong with this place? the service from the staff is horrible, rude, nasty. They have issues taking and filling a simple order, they need to be trained and then supervised. Nothing is ever stocked to be supplied to customers, from cookies, soups, and wraps. Tim Hortons you are failing, you need to do better, you were better, what happened? People I know rather travel to different locations because of the staff, because of quality, can't you see this from all these reviews listed?

Absolutely filthy! I would fear consuming anything there. The washrooms, that are locked, had fecal matter on walls, and the WC had not been cleaned in ages. Nasty.

Do not usually find Old Fasion Glased Donuts at this Location.Usually Buy my sandwiches here! They always taste fresh and good. I Go here for Coffee and Sandwiches but the Donut Selection and Tim Bit Selection can be a bit slim.Each Tim's seems to have a different selection maybe based on past sales experience. I can't always find the same things at all Tim's.

I bought a Tim Hortons reusable coffee cup at another location and I brought my reusable cup to this location. The server used a regular cup portioned out a large regular coffee and then poured the contents of the coffee into my reusable cup. I pleasantly explained to the server that the purpose of the reusable cup was to one save money for the client and two to save the environment because he had just wasted a Tim Hortons cup. The server claimed to not have the necessary equipment to serve me properly and it seems as if the server was not trained on that. I need this Tim Hortons location to really promote reusable cups and to properly train their staff. I am neither mad or upset. I am just simply asking for the proper service For my reusable cup, and so that I can feel confident in using my reusable cup and consuming their products in in an environmentally friendly manner

The drive thru line is always so long because the service is so slow. They seem disorganized inside the store as well. Parking is available but backing out of a spot is nearly impossible because of all the cars waiting in the drive thru line that are blocking you in.

Every time I order a wrap or some food the employees hold onto it so tight they leave a thumb print in the middle and squeeze it. Don't get me wrong it tastes fine and overall most staff is nice but I don't what my food looking like it just came out of a boxing
