I recently visited Tim Hortons during their early morning shift, and it was a complete disappointment. The service was incredibly slow, with staff members seemingly more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. The coffee tasted stale, as if it had been sitting there for hours. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect, and when I tried to bring it to the attention of the staff, they were dismissive and unapologetic. Overall, a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

This is one of the worst Timmies locations I ever go to. It’s right across the street from my home but I would rather go find another location because the service is horrible always super slow and the drive through line takes forever. At my last visit I ordered through the mobile pick up app and selected that I will pick it up at counter, I ended up going through the drive through line since it was raining to pick up my order and the staff was incredibly rude and wouldn’t give me my order through the drive through line and made me come inside to pick up the order. You’re telling me they couldn’t turn around, take 5 steps and grab my order from the counter and then give it to me through the window? Unbelievable. Never experienced this at other Timmie’s as they are always flexible if I end up changing if I will pick up my order at the window or counter.

Subpar place. I was the only one in line. Employees didn’t acknowledge me and were busy chatting and smiling , some folding boxes. Then a man went to the Center (in-front of the donuts) and started ordering and the employees obliged completely disregarding me. When an employee took my order I asked “was he in line”? And she ignored my question and asked what’s my order with an annoyed look. Last time I was here the employee were pretty rowdy as well. Very uninterested bunch with mainly energy for themselves ? Anyways I got my drink right away and it was good.
