I go here after my Dollarama shopping. It is bigger than the gas station store as they offer more variety. I use the kiosk now since I have a gift card ? I'll keep coming! (Although there was a drunk guy once. Creepy.)

Imagine walking into the bathroom, doing your thing, only to realise there is no toilet paper? Fun right? According to "Pal" a Tim Hortons employee - he cannot check every 10 minutes. He says that the regular procedure is to tell staff when paper is done, and only then they change it out. Public opinion: would you want to be in a situation like this as a customer of Tim Hortons?

I ordered only a black yuzu drink by kiosk, and had to wait for 30 mins to get my thing. Even worse part was I told my situation to them and asked them if I could possiply get my drink faster but they just said order was missing. One of the workers made it fast, and said sorry to me but other worker’s attitude was so rude that she told me as if it wasn’t their fault. Even if my order wasn’t received, my name showed in progress on the screen and I even waited for 30 mins. But no apologies? The drink tastes good, but poor experience.
