It takes 10 minutes minimum to serve me, even when I am all alone in the line. This is every day rush hour. They prioritize drive thru cars so much, as if they're paying more than dine in customers. They need more employees. Only 3/4 work, all busy with the headsets and drive thru. Staff don't even have time to refill the napkin box, they're too overworked.

I get to the drive-thru at 3AM. Sat in front of the speaker/screen for 15 minutes. Circled the parking lot to see if anybody is working. Did not find anyone inside. Worker is probably sleeping. Who knows. Very disappointing. Wasted my 15 minute break from work.

I go here literally every weekday morning around 5:30am to grab coffee and apple fritters for myself and my boyfriend before he leaves for work. I order coffee with milk(can't stand the cream), and the morning drive thru never lets me down. There's a few ladies who know what I get, and they are always friendly/fast. If I miss a morning and go later on, they ask if everything is OK since they didn't see me earlier. But please bring back the carrot muffin to this location!! It went away when they had the pumpkin spice and never returned. That was my standing order, 2 coffees with 1 fritter and 1 carrot muffin. Seriously, please bring the carrot muffin back. ?Parking: Small sized strip mall parking but always spots available.Wheelchair accessibility: Both entrances have a push-button system for wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, etc.

The morning staff need to be retrained on how to properly make an ice Capp. They are putting way too much Java. Not sure if they are using the correct cream feature for ice Capps. When asked to remake they have the audacity to pour some out and add a bit more cream. I’m now drinking a cup of Java. The disrespect is real. Paying money for a product and they don’t even try to make it properly . On top of this it’s the manager who’s remaking it. I worked at Tim Hortons for 5 years and I order an ice Capp every morning , I’m well aware of what it’s supposed to look like and the staff will argue with you saying that’s how it’s supposed to be. Take some time and retrain the morning staff as i am for certain your ice Capp is not supposed to taste like Java.

The food is just like everywhere else not the greatest but it is not bad I mean Donuts not much science to it, coffee is delicious but that might just be me, my opinion.For a drive-thru this is a very good place, quick and easy

I am getting more and more disappointed. Trethewey location and weston rd and Rogers rd are the worst. I paid extra for the cream cheese on bagels. They put a thin layer and sometimes just on sides. No receipt, no smile, no thank you. If i hand over 5 or 10 cents extra and wait fir my change back they don't bother and try and keep it. All the items i have ordered always had something missing. And always giving attitude even when asking for my receipt. Raising prices and giving less .. I pay via app it charges extra 10 cents on a med regular coffee. Automatically charge for your charity without letting people know. When I questioned it they told me after the update i had to turn it off. I never consented in the first place. People give to Tim Horton's charity. Via tim hortons purchases. You donate to your charity and get back a tax claim for donation using peoples money.I am paying for an item and service and i want it done and given properly. Even a lemon drink you guys load the ice and it tastes like water and i ask for more flavour they want to charge more. I ask for no ice they put ice or it tastes like water. Every location's coffee is different some better some like dishwater. I paid for these bagels i should have had the proper amount of cream cheese which i paid for. It costs 3 or four dollars for a tub in retail and you guys charge 1 dollar for a smear. You want us to support you then support the people that are keeping you in business.I would like someone to call or contact me from tim hortons
