The cashier was extremely rude. I’m not a native English speaker and it might be difficult for her to understand. But she was irritated and yelled at me. I rarely leave reviews but this was the worst customer service ever and I did it.

I’m writing this on 15th Feb Morning 9 a.mI ordered a small French vanilla with sweetener and a jalapeno. There was a lady with specs, I just reminded her to add sweetener for my drink but the way she responded saying “That’s what I did , didn’t you see that?”. Is this the way your employees behave??? They treat as if we owe them something and there is no shop else where. Teach your employees to behave nicely to the customer, the business and money comes next.

I wish there was a 0 stars option so I could rate them. Pathetic customer service, as per promotional offer of Feedback survey by Tim Hortons across every store, I regularly order XL French Vanilla.I showed them the receipt with survey code number, they said this code is not acceptable, I explained them that I use these survey codes every day and have redeemed these promotions in their outlet thrice already, still the staff replied in a rude manner that no you are wrong it is not allowed and it is not possible. Instead of handling the conversation in a polite manner, she replied in a rude tone and tried to create an argument. I left there frustrated arguing without my coffee and missed my bus too for work. Ruined my start of the day atleast. Funny thing is that I redeemed the same offer at a different outlet within an hour.

I would give 0 StarWe do understand you gave to make fast service but don't ignore what customers are saying they are so rude with customers and dont even give them time to order and just keep on asking again and again why sre they standing and whats the order. This is pathetic service worst staff

Worst tim hortons ever, they gave medium coffee half filled, burnt fruit explosion muffin and, extremely cold Jalapeno savoury.

Every single time going on the Finch Subway, stop to grab a large green tea, along with some goodies. The green tea served there always makes my morning go smooth while traveling the subway train. It's very great to have a Tim Hortons express stand even during busy rush hours, which is starting to get back to that old grind ? But thanks so much for the refreshments ??

The small lady at the cash counter, is extremely rude. I just ask for different crosssant and she is like you keep it. I just refused to take punctured one and asked for fresh one. This is not at all gud behaviour towards customers. At least from brand like Tim Hortons. Nobody gives them right to treat their customers like beggars and say you keep it. She didn’t even gave me paper holder for hot coffee. Please ask staff like this to behave properly. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌
