Beautiful place to spend time in

John Liscio

I've been coming to this location since it opened. It has a lot of parking and is a nice local neighbourhood coffee shop. The staff has changed hands over the years unfortunately and now only the female employees here give good service or are friendly. The male employees are pretty bad and just don't care and don't want to be there. What stands out at this coffee shop is the lady manager Debbie. She is very friendly and gives great customer service and when a problem arises Debbie is quick to resolve it and make the customer happy. It's a real shame that this coffee shop has taken a downward turn. Many of these male employees should not be in the service industry as it's clear by how they act and their rudeness. I hope things improve here otherwise I will be forced to go elsewhere if the manager cannot rectify the situation.John

Have been coming to thus tims for a long time but recently the staff have been not the best and pretty rude. Came in the afternoon around 3 and had 3 guys working up front and the line was 4 people long(not huge) but it took forever to get the orders out. And from what I could see it was not big orders. And the whole time they are chit chating and laughing to each other. They just moved and walked so slow from one spot to the next like they dont want to be there. One person said something about the wait to them and they gave him his coffee then laughed and continued talking in there language(all the talking was not English BTW), clearly talking about the customer who said something. Very unprofessional. I will make the drive to wynford instead would be faster than waiting here

Nice location next to Eglinton and bermondsy, wide inside and view windows, good to have some delicious chilly soup, coffee and nice old fashion doughnuts in the afternoon.

I had previously been coming to this Timmies for about 8 years but have only occasionally come here for the last year. The staff has completely changed from the friendly crew that worked here. But the worst part is the coffee always taste burnt. I rather drive 5-10 minutes further to get fresh tasting coffee then come to this location and get burnt coffee.
