This particular location is not very friendly nor are the donuts fresh at 2 or 4pm. Have visited this location several times as it is my neighbourhood store. There are many groups of people that go for coffee or tea and stay for lengthy periods of time.

Not enough parking or support in picking good options on the menu.
Place is slow paced, my coffee took forever to be made and it wasnt a good coffee at all. I wouldnt recommend or go back to this location, your far better off going up the road to bayview.
