Refused to grill a sandwich every other tim hortons does.....no consistency. Was told head office told this store they could not grill a croissant......I find it hard to believe they told just the one store but that's what the manager told

I bought 2 donuts (Boston Cream and a chocolate glazed) and three muffins. When I try to get the boston cream donut from the bag, I found out the server just throw the boston cream donut to the bottom of the bag with the chocolate face down and the rest of my order on top of it. All the chocolate top of my boston cream had stuck to the paper bag.

This is a small, express location so it of course doesn't offer the same selection as other locations. That's to be expected, however. I was at the science centre and needed a tea so I decided to grab one at this location. The tea was the perfect temperature and the service provided by Maria, who was working at the time was fantastic. Just what I needed!

Tried ordering a coffee but this location, inside the Science Center, informed me they don’t carry almond milk or any type of dairy alternative.

Needs a better selection of food and beverages on the menu, cause their getting old.
