This place always looks dirty, plus the employees are rude. On three occasions I have organized my things 10 or 15 minutes before picking them up and my surprise is that my things are never ready, a coffee and wrap in 15 minutes is not ready, but there are 3 employees doing nothing and when I arrive They even laugh with each other because of my things and they see my frustration at missing my bus, today was the last time I was here.

Small place offering a variety of items and has some seating. Two problems are that there's literally a Tim Horton's across the street and that some of the photos are misleading. Everyone, understand that this is a small gas station location and that it is not very big. It is concerning how many people are uploading fake photos and videos on this location.

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which should be roasted bread but not. I saw he put bread to roasting machine but I think It doesn’t work.Also, the chicken bites inside of sandwich weren’t fresh at all. It was hard to bite.I ordered sea salt wedges but they don’t have it. They offered hashbrowns instead.When I compare it with other branches, it disappointed me.

I ordered a chilli and some drinks, but they missed the chilli. I told them I paid for it and they just replied they can't see the order. Later they asked me to change the order to another item with the same price cuz they don't have chilli as it’s a small branch. 1) If you don't have it why do you put it on the menu 2) they didn't even apologize for this situation… poor experience

it wasn't bad. I ate a delicious sandwich and the coffee was also good. The staff are very polite, but I waited a little longer for coffee than expected.
By far one of the best Tim Hortons I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. The staff is professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this location to anybody near by that needs a great coffee and a happy smile. 9 billion stars ? ? ✨

The slowest Tim Horton workers ever, especially the girl named some “…inder” yell at her team members in some third-world language and move like a sloth. Absolutely the worst experience I had at Tim Hortons. Had to wait 15 mins for one cup of coffee, and three TTC buses left before my eyes. It wasn't busy at all, she spent more time whining to her teammates than actually completing orders. Please remove her or atleast find her a position back of the house.
