Torch Pressed Sushi is changing how I think about sushi! Their pressed style isn't just visually stunning, but the light char from the torch gives each piece this delightful smoky depth. Unique sauces and textures take it to another level. If you love sushi and want a new and exciting way to enjoy it, this is the place for you.
There are so many shops on Yonge but the ones in this small creative food corner plaza stand out. The space is shared by a few small restaurants and bubble tea shops. I've been meaning to try this one for a while now - as advertised on 2good2go - it's just impossible to snatch their grab bag.They have daily specials. Got the Sunday one. Hand rolls ebi shrimp (spicy!) and Wagyu beef (with daikon - almost a bulbogi flavour). Worth trying for a snack. I'll be back for the torched pressed sushi sometime.
