You have no parking which makes this even more important. Secondly, when a driver arrives, ask them their number. Don't just tell us to wait and then realize later once our time is wasted that you don't even have that order, most likely because you also don't check the drivers order # before handing it to them. Your rating is a reflection of the management and costs you a lot of money. Keep up the great work! It's only a matter of time until your poor management runs this business out of business and I can't wait.Instead of responding to the negative reviews with a apology, why don't you just fix the problems? Worst chicken shawarma I’ve ever had. There was no chicken in it. All I could taste was veggies. Their super chicken shawarma was small I wonder how small would be the normal one. They should name it vegetable shawarma instead?. Not worth the price. Wouldn’t suggest to anyone.

I purchased a super chicken sandwich wrap from Villa Madina, and I must say I was disappointed. The wrap contained barely 3% chicken and it was bunrt, with the majority being lettuce and seemingly air. The lack of substantial chicken left the overall taste and satisfaction quite underwhelming.

This is indeed the WORST Villa Madina location because of the “franchisees/owner” at this location. The portion size is HORRIBLE. I don’t know how much money the owner saves by cutting down on “salad”.It was mentioned to her several times yet she fails to understand, remains stubborn and continues with the same cold and ignorant attitude. She is ungrateful and is very capable of providing POOR customer service.This was my last visit, I’d rather go to Fairview mall or STC, where they actually care about serving the customer than stealing money.Thank you

Ordered the 2 can dine on Uber. We paid $5 for baklava, received only one and it was the size of a postage stamp. Charged us over a dollar for one pita. Tabbouleh was just a box of parsley, no veggies no bulgur, nothing. Portions were crazy small. Don't waste your money.
