Used to love this place new ownership is a joke service staff absolutely terrible horrible experience there today at lunch I will never go back and suggest others go elsewhere there staff must be mind readers because I asked for a bagel with lox and cream cheese on a Twitter also some other plain bagels to go I had to repeat my order 6 times and they still got it wrong and they want payment before service should have been a red flag what a garbage bagel

I am used to the What a bagel downtown, so I don’t know if it’s because this location has awful quality or if the service overall has gone down. I ordered a salad, it came in this tiny little plastic box, the lettuce was soggy and stale, the whole salad was soggy, the chicken tasted GROSS and very gamey. When you order the salad they don’t even give you A PIECE OF BREAD or NOTHING. Then I ordered some egg salad for 8 bucks which was really good but they don’t even fill the container for some eggs and mayo for 8 bucks. I ordered through Uber eats so I know the prices are even more inflated but the quality of salad was gross regardless of the price. I used to order this amazing salad from the what a bagel downtown and it had arugula and good tasting chicken. It was one of the best salads in the city and this one was so disappointing.

wide selection of toppings. fresh. tastes good. expensive. fresh orange is not fresh. its concentrate. board says fresh and staff said its fresh.
Really great bagels, highly recommend the california chicken. Portions are okay for the price. The freshly squeezed OJ didn't taste that different from minute maid if I'm honest. I just wish they had prices for the pastries instead of me having to ask. Other then that I would choose this place over a timmies bagel. There is also seating area to eat in the store.Vegetarian options: Yes
The perfect spot for a lunch break, the bagels are like a typical bagel sandwich but more gourmet version. This spot has a quite expansive menu especially with the amount of cream cheese options available. Lots of fresh bagels, pastries and cookies in stock.The location has a surprisingly decent amount of seating and quite busy considering it was past lunch hours. Quick service and reasonable pricing for the portions you get, perfect for lunch breaks. I would definitely come back again!
