Used to be our favourite place for early Sunday lunch but today was a huge disappointment. We were hoping to chalk it up to the chef just having a bad today but unfortunately these changes are here to stay.No more coleslaw, half a plate full of food and frozen fries with some weird batter instead of the delicious fries from the past.Disappointing.

STAY AWAY, this place is disgusting and needs to be shut down. They have roaches crawling everywhere. The workers are extremely unpleasant and rude. They seem to hate their job and life. Don’t waste your money and time on them. You will regret it.

Awesome food! Would come back again for sure. Unfortunately, they upcharged me for orange juice ($5.00?!?!), so I reduced the tip from 15% to 10%. Sorry, but that's not acceptable.

The food was cold and took a long time.They prioritized Uber orders continuously prior to making our food.The waitresses were just okApologized but were also not attentive.Needed to ask for more coffee.

Very impolite people work here! Always showing attitude for serving others. The service is terrible at this location, you need to wait for minimum 40 mins to get the food while two ladies are not busy and they just walking around. If I could give less than 1 star I would definitely do

I was there just yesterday, and the waitress who served me was so rude. She pretty much snatched the menu out of my hand, and just seemed annoyed to serve me or that I even came in, even though nobody was at the restaurant and it was completely empty. Would answer my questions with super curt and one word responses. Also served my food so hot that it burned my mouth.
I don't often frequent these type of restaurants/diners but I will now make an exception. Delicious, fresh and very reasonable. The staff were very accommodating in making some changes and also friendly and helpful! Definitely coming back to this location again!

This was a great little stop for dinner on the way home the other day. Big portions…lovely service.. clean looking,easy to get parking and well decorated. Only down fall that gave me giving a 4 star from a 5 star is the musky smell coming from the basement. It’s just an older building. That wouldn’t deter me from coming back.

This used to be my favourite go to place for breakfast. Whatever happened I don’t know.Apparently the kitchen doesn’t know what crispy bacon is even after it’s returned and recooked.The toast was made with stale bread!This was drawn to the attention of the server, who took the toast back to the kitchen… No replacement.Service was cold and inattentive.Servers should learn to look around, see how the customers are doing, and maybe even think about offering a smile and welcoming attitude.And it wasn’t even busy.I guess we’ll just have to look for another place for breakfast.Pity.A former happy customer.Howard.

Ordered the waffle explosion today and was disappointed to see that none of the fruits were fresh. Everything was starting to go bad, but they were smart enough to hide the bad fruits under the whipped cream. Every single blueberry was wrinkly and soft. I'm pregnant and was too scared to eat anything other than the waffle itself.
