The owner of the store is rude and disrespectful. When ordering he says “can you hurry up, I’m busy” (30 seconds in trying to order- that’s his comment) when you provide him with feedback. He’s like “Atleast 50 min wait” (clearly he can’t take constructive criticism) why would I wait 50 mins for a pizza when there is multiple other pizzerias within range. It’s disappointing to see you support a local business and in return you get poor experience. Never going back. Thanks.

This is my favourite place to get pizza, but I ordered to go pick up the other day and one of the staff members had his mask below his chin as he was preparing pizza. I think these safety measures need to be taken seriously for us to be able to support more.

I order pizza from 241 pizza and the pizza is so delicious more over they offer me a medium size pizza instead of small because i am their first customer in the morning.The other thing which i like the most is the delivery is on time and the delivery persons behaviour is too good.

Used to love this place but recently they got my order wrong. I ordered chicken but got pepperoni. Pepperoni was very old, stale and tasted very bad. Measures for keeping halal food completely seperate need to be implemented better.

Ordered through uber eats but their own delivery guy came who was super polite and super nice. Pizza as well as wedges were fresh and delicious. Owner called twice to check details of order. Overall great good, great delivery guy and great service. Would order again for sure.

I like the service at this particle store. Very nice people to deal with and they remember my husband and me. Pizzas made to preference (no cheese or meat and no fake cheese or meat either). I am pleased they now have whole wheat crusts.
The best pizza in Oakville!!! I’ve been going to this place for at least 10 years and I’ve tried them all around here. They make their own fresh dough and have an oven that bakes the pizza perfect every time. No greasy pizza bottoms like other places in the area. I won’t go anywhere else, owners are always friendly and take pride in making pizza. We’re lucky to have them here.
