The food is what brings me back. Great spicy selection and the service is almost always amazing. Even when I had one bad experience the manager was just amazing and helpful to fix the problem. All other visits have been friendly and inviting. Recommend this place for a good meal if you have strong taste buds that can handle a bit of kick in the spice.

I always have a fantastic experience at Basil Box, largely thanks to Joseph's great service. Calm, friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great meal. The food was delicious, fresh, and packed with flavor. If your pallet can handle a good spice then try the penang curry… so tasty. The atmosphere was also welcoming and clean. I highly recommend Basil Box to anyone looking for a healthy and tasty meal, and I especially commend Joseph for his amazing customer service!"

Have been several times over recent years, but tonight when we visited we were so pleasantly surprised by the server Tracy! She welcomed us as we entered and then smiled and was so friendly while we ordered. It was just that extra notch of service that is so often missing from quick service food. It really put such a positive spin on our whole visit and we enjoyed it that much more because of her!Dietary restrictions: Fantastic for gluten free!
Too bad they got rid of the Tom Yum soup. But still love this place. Friendly staff.

Really expensive for the quality and service. I went tonight and paid 20$ for a rice bowl but the staff were much more interested in preparing takeaway boxes than helping customers in person. They made me wait over 5 minutes to start serving me and then were out of a bunch of ingredients and said they didn't have "anymore for the night"... despite closingin several hours. The bowl I ended up with was also ice cold as clearly the ingredients had been sitting out for a long time. Huge disappointment compared to other locations

The service was good. The place was clean. The menu was thoughtful. The price was too expensive for the value. I get it, everybody need to make a buck, but $20 for a box of rice and a few chunks of veg/meat is the first and last amount of money I will spend at Basil Box. Oh, and by the way, prompting for a tip might be all the rage these days but it is obnoxious, unwarranted and screams "i can't or won't pay my staff.

Their food is very fresh and quite tasty. You build your own dish here with some preset meats, veg, sauces, and toppings to choose from, or you can get a pre-built dish like Pad Thai. I've had a few of their different combinations and haven't had a bad meal yet. Additionally, they have a bubble tea stand inside their location, which is awesome. Parking is very tight here, and the spaces are narrow as well, so prepare for that if you visit during peak hours.
