I got an uber eats order from here and they forgot my side of mashed potatoes and the extra side of coleslaw I got was actually rancid. It was definitely gone off. Very dissappointed and uber eats does not compensate very well, wish the store would do something

This restaurant seems small compare to other locations. But it was clean. The waitress was quick to take order and brought the food surprisingly fast even though it was a busy dinner time. Food and service were great. Definitely be back for the family night out again.

We stopped by for dinner at this location recently, after trying to get a seat at a few other restaurants in Oakville which had 40+ minute waits with no reservations. There were only a few tables taken in the restaurant at the time, and we noticed staff was also short - only a manager serving the front door, bar, and bar dining areas, and maybe one other operating the restaurant side. We were quickly reminded of the time (8:45PM) and that they were closing soon (at 10PM since it was the Thursday before Good Friday) - we had an idea of what we wanted anyways as we have been to several BP locations across Canada. The manager was friendly serving us and is the only reason this is a 2 star review. The food was slow to arrive, taking over 40 minutes in a seemingly empty restaurant - the manager apologized to our table, and other tables were also apologized to - the issue was described to be due to a “short staffed kitchen”. The manager brought us a few slices of a small pizza which was nice and held us over until the food arrived. The chicken sandwich was decent, however the garden salad was a little sad - all the toppings such as the thinly sliced beets and roasted peppers didn’t seem fresh at all and were piled underneath the aged lettuce carelessly. For the experience, I would say it was definitely over-priced. Not all BP locations are this miserable however, some locations are packed on nights with NHL events (the leafs were actually playing that night), UFC events, or even just a casual Wing-special Wednesday. I don’t know if it’s management, the aging interior decor, the location, reputation, or what, but I believe Corporate BP should have a visit, because I strongly believe this location shouldn’t be representative of what the BP brand has to offer. I most likely will not go to this location again, even if it’s our last choice.Evan

You would think after sitting at the bar for 5 mins one of the space cadet waitresses would at least acknowledge you sat down and let you know they will be with you in a min but after walking around ignoring us we gave up and left. Horrible service!

I ordered Nachos at 4:30 PM for pickup at 6:00 PM. The Nachos were cold and the chips were not crisp more like soggy which tells me that the order had been sitting for quite a while. I suspect that it was made for pickup at 4:30 PM and not 6:00 PM. Very disappointed as we have eaten Nachos in the restaurant in the past and they have been excellent.

Bad. Had to give a star in order to review.I noticed immediately that the manager was wearing open toes sandals. Gross.The pop was flavorless and without the proper amount of syrup, and when we pointed it out, the server was aware of te issue- yet they served it to us knowing it was sub par. The apps all over priced and seemed reheated. I ordered a French onion soup and it was not hot, the waitress argued it was because I had let it sit. This place needs to shut down. I did laugh at the bill, "tell us how we did" . No thanks I might win the 200 dollar Boston Pizza gift card. ? No thanks.

First time to go after covid, nothing tasted well, the sandwich we got was horrible, stale, stiff beef, no taste, the spinach dip was more old cheese vs spinach, the tacos were unpleasant and full of raw onions...Manager offered some discount, just wish we could undo this experience. Not the Boston pizza we used to go to prior to covid.Server & manager were curteous throughout, but they definitely need to revisit their kitchen team.

This location needs more people working at it service was very very slow. The French onion soup… What soup? The bowl was very shallow with hardly any soup in it could not detect any melted cheese. This was the same for both of us. We also had a sandwich but head horrible horrible onion outer skin. We also had boneless chicken wings which were actually quite nice, could have been a few more of them but I realize it was a small order. $71 for a $45 meal. Guess what will probably never go back, the one star rating I gave was too high.

We tried this restaurant several months ago and found the food to be truly below par for a chain that has been around for many years. We decided to give the place another try based on it perhaps being an off night the first time we tried it. I must say that the second time we tried it was worst than the first time. We believe that the food quality, perhaps may rank as the worst chain restaurant food of all time.

The service was incredibly slow even though the place was empty, this was a Sunday the 19th late evening. The server sat talking to other servers and was inattentive. The food was barely warm and the pizza seemed like it was a microwave pizza warmed up. The food was mediocre at the very best.
