I went here for iftar buffet, pakoras seemed to be refried, fish had really heavy batter covering, chaplee kabab had no flavour, chicken tikkas were dry. I won’t recommend their iftar buffet to anyone.

Amazing food, loved their butter chicken and kabobs. We were there around iftar time, and had only ordered 2 dishes. The food came really fast but the staff went above and beyond, the filled our table with fruits, pakoras, desserts, Gulab Jaman, fries, fried fish, Rooh Afza and God knows what all, all for free. I am not saying to expect that, even I wouldn't the next time I go there, but I really appreciated it in that moment. Thank you Cafe De Khan.

My visit to Cafe De Khan was just atrocious! The lack of cleanliness of the restaurant was immediately apparent as I found my table not even wiped down or cleaned. After I ordered, the service, to put it bluntly, was a disaster. There was a 40-minute wait and then an order arrived at my table, but it wasn't what I had ordered and had BEEF, even though I had explicitly stated to the same server that I do not eat beef at the beginning.Then, I saw the dish that I ordered being brought out and then was paraded around to various tables by this confused and negligent server, with people on different tables talking over my food. GROSS. When my order was finally brought to my table, it was cold, excessively spicy dish and just simply unpleasant.Seeking a resolution, we brought the matter to the attention of the manager. Unfortunately, any hope of a satisfactory resolution was quickly dashed. The manager appeared UNINTERESTED and took the full payment without acknowledging the service issues or offering us anything.And please do NOT BE FOOLED by the good reviews you see here. Cafe De Khan literally offering free desserts for positive feedback and reviews on google. THEY LITERALLY BRIBE THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH GULAB JAMUN! These reviews are not at all credible.I made several attempts to contact the owner, Ahmed, after this, yet none of my calls went answered. Overall, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I'd advise looking elsewhere for a dining option that prioritizes cleanliness, service, and customer satisfaction.
