First time customer. The food was terrible. The shrimp, although there was plenty, were mushy and disintegrated in your mouth. The flavours were not at all pleasing. Will not be ordering from there again.

Myself and someone else ate the food from here and we both got horrible migraines right after and we just knew it was from the food. I'm not even someone who gets migraines. They must be putting some really toxic chemicals and flavour enhancers in the food. Someone should call a health inspector. Dont eat here.

Our food was cooked to order and was delicious. We were hesitant to try seeing some of the reviews stating the quality has diminished. This is the first time we’ve tried the food here so we can’t really compare but I thought the food was great. Seasoned well, tasted fresh and loved that it was fresh off the wok. Good meat to vegetable ratio. I do find some fast food Chinese chains put a lot of onion or vegetables as fillers but did not think this was the case for China Chopsticks. We ate it in our car at the parking lot for lunch. We will definitely come back to order again.

Not sure what has happened to the food taste and quality of this restaurant.We have been ordering here since they opened…..never had any bad bad.Have to say the last few months the food has been subpar…odd tastes, old oil flavour and dishes that taste nothing like what they use to…example…garlic shrimp….no garlic taste and small mushy shrimps with oversized un cooked vegetables…fried chicken rice…tastes like the oil wasn’t changed for a month.Can’t say we will order from here again….quite the shame as it was always a safe go to.

Absolutly the best Chinese food. Always hot and fresh. We even drive from Burlington with a couple of thermal bags. When we lived in Oakville we used to get delivery. Always on time and hot. Queenie treats us like family and we love going there to eat .

After paying $400 on food for a party, the lemon chicken and chicken wings were hard as a rock! Everyone complained about how horrible the food was. I called and spoke to the manager who could care less. She instructed me to drive to the store with the food if I was looking for a refund. So rude and u professional! Never again
