Stopped in after a quick errand run. Never had it before and always thought “Hey, it’s American company let’s try it out”. The service was nice, people were great, but The food was so bland for anything Mexican I’ve ever tasted. I’d like to give it another shot just not today.

The food and service here is always good. My only complaint is this place is always a mess in the dining area.
Very disappointing! Third time the hard shell tacos were over around 6.30 -7.00pm. First time, they pulled out of some prepaid orders. What’s the point if at peak hours the food starts getting over! Staff tries but then were told they are out. They show you the empty box! Requested to call the Mgr and was told they will inform. Thank you! Oakville branch is losing their business for sure.

I stopped to order a steak burrito, large chips and queso and large Nestea for my youngest. He said the steak burrito was very, very good. They got his order, the extra sour cream, the double white rice, the two types of beans &c. perfect! He was very happy! Thanks Chipotle. Nothing better than a happy kid!
One of the worst. How can someone mess with your order when it is printed? But they did, just now.Ordered a bowl with ingredients, and missed all of them except chicken. And ordered a side of Guac, not received. Tried to ask the customer rep in chat. All it did is provide a free drink, when my side costs more than just a drink.I mean the staff clearly doesn't have any to work, chatting and ignoring, at least they could pay attention when there are orders and not mess up them.PLEASE BE ATTENTIVE AND TRY TO NOT MESS THE ORDERS. THANKS!

My recent visit to the Chipotle location on Dundas & Winston Park was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. Upon walking into the restaurant, it was immediately apparent that the condiment station was in disarray. Not only were the condiments lacking freshness, but the area itself was poorly maintained, with condiments scattered everywhere and signs of cross-contamination between toppings.As my companion and I observed these concerning conditions, we made the decision to walk out without placing an order. The sight of unsanitary conditions and the risk of cross-contamination were simply too much to overlook.Chipotle has always been synonymous with fresh, customizable meals, but the experience at this particular location failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and food safety. It's disheartening to see a brand with such a strong reputation fall short in such a fundamental aspect of restaurant operations.I sincerely hope that Chipotle takes immediate action to address the issues of cleanliness and hygiene at this location. As a loyal customer, I expect better, and I trust that Chipotle will work diligently to regain the trust of patrons who value both quality and safety in their dining experiences.
