I had the most incredible experience at this Dairy Queen location! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and provided exceptional service throughout my visit. The blizzard was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The cleanliness of the establishment was also impressive, and I felt comfortable dining in. Overall, I highly recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone looking for tasty treats and top-notch service. A definite five-star experience!Note: Caramel Fudge Cheesecake, Cookie Dough are the best blizzard I've ever had!

The customer service at this location is the absolute worst. Ive been here twice and both times i was met with the most miserable person on the planet. They double cupped my blizzard for some reason, and the cup they gave me was absolutely disgusting. You can even see a hair in the cup. The staff at this location should be reviewed by a regional manager. Disappointing as it's in a great location in Oakville. I will take my business to another location.

As I walked in to get a cotton candy blizzard I was greeted by someone who seemed to be in a higher position. I said hello and asked how he was, he said good and walked away from me while he was behind the counter with nobody in the store or drive thru. He then walked back over to me and asked in a rude tone “can I help you?” While giving me a nasty look. It’s unfortunate to be “greeted” by someone so rude. I understand people have off days but it’s pretty unacceptable to speak to customers in such a tone.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. We usually go for the ice cream but today we ordered chicken strips , fries , chicken wraps. All fresh , hot and tasty. Definitely coming back !
I recently visited Dairy Queen with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Firstly, the portion sizes were shockingly small, leaving me feeling unsatisfied and wishing I had ordered more. Secondly, not only did they get our sides wrong, but they also mixed up the orders, causing unnecessary confusion and frustration. Lastly, I ordered a double patty burger, only to receive a single patty. This blatant error in fulfilling a basic menu item left me thoroughly disappointed.Given the subpar quality of service and the numerous errors in my order, I believe some form of compensation is warranted. As a loyal customer, I expected better from Dairy Queen and hope they take steps to improve their portion sizes, accuracy in orders, and overall customer experience.
Just stopped for dessert. A small regular cone is now almost $5 and a small blizzard is almost $6. With taxes these 2 little items was over $12. Seems like a lot of money. I may stay with McDonalds cones.

Store closes at 10pm. The guy in charge had the door locked at 930 when I showed up. Not drive through. Front door locked. Had to call them and he came and let me in. Asked for extra extra pickles on my burger with no mustard. Heard all the staff in the back yelling "ew!!" And then laughing at something and was like "omg that's so funny". Literally didn't take one bite of the burger. Do not go here. Evening supervisor should be fired.
