I had set out with the seemingly impossible task of ordering cupcakes from overseas as a surprise for my brother. I feel very lucky to have found Delicacy Bakery through a Google search. Chef Lorraine made the entire process seamless and was extremely accommodating with my special requests - even going the extra mile to help me pick up additional props. She demonstrated customer service with a heart — it felt like I had a family member take care of this special task for me. The cupcakes were so delicious and I loved the little details she added to the design. She made my entire family’s day!

I am happy to say that these were BY FAR the best tasting cupcakes I have ever, ever had and I grew up working in a bakery but there was nothing quite like the buttercream and sponginess of these cupcakes. They were delivered perfectly in secure boxes. I didn’t even give a specific design… I said blue and glitter and my oh my was I ever blown away by the design and pattern of the piping. If I could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommend this busniess, you will certainly not forget it! My wife and I had originally had contacted another company to take care of the cake for our sons' first birthday party. When that bakery contacted us the day before the party and cancelled we were scrambling to find a custom cake in 24 hours. Delicacy Bakery & Fine Foods went out of their way to help us out. Not only did they custom make the cake in the short time frame. They managed to match the theme of the party perfectly and even made custom branding with our sons name. On top of that the cake was delicious. Fantastic Services and quality, highly recommended!
