Hire someone who can be little responsible. Asked for crispy waffle and it was soggy like eating raw, It was ready on the counter but no one cared to serve for 10 minutes after making it. They didn’t offer glass of water even. Not sure if they are racist or this is how they treat everyone. Very very poor service.

I went to this store with my wife this afternoon to try to enjoy a strawberry crepe. The strawberries weren't fresh at all. They tasted funny or rotten. I wonder how these persons dare to serve you bad food? I will never go back to a place which doesn't care about quality even when they charge you with high prices for their products.

I've been a regular of Demetres for the past 12 years, but my recent experiences have been incredibly disappointing. The prices of items have skyrocketed, which I initially attributed to inflation—after all, every item on the menu have doubled in price. However, in the last two weeks, I've noticed that the portion sizes have been halved, which is outrageous. When I brought this up with the staff, they parroted some corporate nonsense about inflation being the cause. It's absurd to think that doubling the prices wasn't enough; they had to go further and slash the quantities in half while the service quality plummeted. It's evident that Demetres management is driven by pure greed, instructing their staff to spout these excuses to customers who question their tactics. It's laughable and utterly shameful.

I want to start this off by saying I visit this place at least once a week, and I have experienced both amazing orders, and completely incorrect orders. I'm giving them 3 stars because most of the time everything runs smoothly, but they still take a long time to package the food (uber pickup), and usually don't acknowledge you for a while when you walk in. They have messed up my orders a few times, and it's gotten to the point where I don't leave the parking lot without double checking first. I was once handed an order with a completely different name on it. I feel like this place is either a hit or a miss, and that will always change based on staff. I don't have photos of the good desserts I've gotten, but I attached photos of a crepe I once bought that was horrible. If I'm paying this much money for a crepe, I'd expect the strawberries to be cut correctly, instead of finding leaves and stems on more than one. Overall, the food is definitely delicious, but the service could be a bit better, and there are times when the food goes from delicious, to just unacceptable. I would like to point out one staff member in particular (I do not know her name, but I've never seen her in uniform so she's likely a manager). She is so sweet and kind, and the most genuine person there. She goes out of her way to help customers quickly, and definitely cares about your experience.

The food was great and only surpassed by the service. Our server and the manager was a great team, fresh water at the table and our food was delicious.Highly recommend the white chocolate anything!My only slight downside was the music was slightly loud, but it was not a damper on the outing.Will be back for sure!

Don’t even know where to start….although tons of seats opened up for our party of 8 they wouldn’t allow us to sit together, then they forgot about us..orders finally taken and people seated 45min after us were served first. Forgot one order out of 8…had to ask them to cancel it…and noticed everyone got a glass of water…not us apparently ☹️ seems like it’s run by a ton of young kids. I guess my real issue is we tried to help them and they just couldn’t understand how to make things easier. Won’t return anytime soon.
We stopped by here to have a quick dessert before heading over to the movies.We were promptly greeted and seated, and as we looked through the menu, we settled on the milkshakes. The "Shake & Awe" is the most popular, so we ordered that and the Oreo one.Not going to lie, they both tasted great. However the one complaint I would have is that the straw is so small to really get a decent amount each time you take a sip of it.You're almost having to use vacuum level suction to get any of the milkshake.Our server was polite and respectful. :)The ambiance was quite nice, it's super casual - so I would find it fairly suitable for kids' birthday parties, or something quick to do prior to the movies

The "Shake & Awe" is the most popular, so we ordered that and the Oreo one. Not going to lie, they both tasted great. However the one complaint I would have is that the straw is so small to really get a decent amount each time you take a sip of it. You're almost having to use vacuum level suction to get any of the milkshake. Our server was polite and respectful. :) The ambiance was quite nice, it's super casual - so I would find it fairly suitable for kids' birthday parties, or something quick to do prior to the movies
