I literally saw someone give this place a 1 star for everything tasting the same...they posted a photo..and ordered 3 of the same dishes.....thought I could balance this out after my first experience..crispy ginger beef was unreal, shanghai noodles were unreal, dragon pork was unreal, portions were enough for an above average American (get it, because they are fat af).....will be ordering here from now on ??

Best restaurant in Oakville serving quality Chinese food. Beef is tender and not fatty, chicken balls are filled with white breast meat with amazing crispy crust. Love this place, food is exceptional, vegetables are fresh not frozen. Clean kitchen and excellent staff. Highly recommend!!

I had been eating at Dragon House since it opened. I moved away a couple of years ago and while visiting friends in the old neighbourhood, we ordered some of my favourite dishes. The food is still great and very consistent. I don’t understand the negative reviews. They prepare a certain style of Chinese cuisine and do it well. The prices have only gone up minimally since my last visit which is understandable, but still great value in my opinion as they serve generous sized portions. Don’t listen to the negative reviews mostly from cheap people complaining about the price. Thanks Dragon House for all the years of great food and service in the neighbourhood. I miss it.
$15 dollars and they don't give you any rice. $15 for just an entree that's just "okay" tasting is insane. I'm used to paying $11 for a LARGE chicken and broccoli that brings a big ol' box of white rice. What a rip off..
This restaurant used to serve good quality food not spectacular but reasonable. Not any more. Price gone up and quality gone down.

I ordered food from here a week ago and the service was great, super friendly. I got the chicken lo mein and shrimp fried rice. The total came to about $30 and the portions were really generous! The quality of the ingredients was a level above many quick and cheap Chinese take-out places I have tried although I would have to add that the chicken lo mein was pretty low on flavor, but still pretty tasty. Would definitely recommend going here!

I first came here maybe a year ago and was not impressed at all with the couple dishes I got. Yesterday I said to myself I'll give them a second try, maybe it was an off day when I got it the first time. Sadly it wasn't. The dishes are quite bland, with not much in them (i. E. Stir fry udon with veggies had barely any veggies in it). Hopefully things change for the better but as you can see by the many 1 star reviews here, this seems to be an unfortunate trend.
