Great service. Half of our party was quite late for our reservation, but our server didn't bat an eye (unlike at some restaurants) and was very friendly and respectful throughout the evening.
Our server was genuinely beat part of the night. We were a table of 12 and she was very patient and just overall amazing and the other staff as well was very nice and welcoming. Always a good experience at this location
We had a great time celebrating our son's birthday. We arrived earlier then our reservation and the staff was very gracious to accommodate us. Our server was fantastic, we had pizzas and they were delicious. Thank you East Side Mario's Oakville for hosting us!

Wednesday evening my family of 10 & I came to this location and had Ryan as the hostess/server and he was phenomenal !! We had a very pleasant experience overall, all the orders were accurate and food was delicious ! Went out for dinner and must I just say wow, we ordered the rainbow drinks and they came without cotton candy. Next the appetizer was alright nothing special. Finally for the chicken Parmesan we were told it normally comes with potatoes but on the menu we can clearly see it comes with pasta like next time just tell us you’re out and then finally our chicken was pink and did we get any replacement meals or even an offer to take it off the bill.

1st take down the Christmas wreath it's April ?2nd my fries were contaminated with sauce and ground beef. They also looked tired.3rd we went ad a family and all the food came separate. Not worth the experience and the expense.The servers were very apologetic for things out of their control.

Went there with 20 people at 3:30 (slow time) and the waitress indicated that it would be an automatic 18% gratuity as soon as she came over, because of the size of our group. It took over an hour to get our food and there wasn’t that many other people in the restaurant. It seemed like they got there top rate tip, so they didn’t have to give us decent service. I’m very disappointed in this location.

Visited the Winston Park location today for dinner with the family and was thoroughly impressed with the options for gluten free dining. I need to eat GF for health reasons and ESM were able to provide great choices with good knowledge about cross contamination. I got the Chicken 'Amtrak' with GF penne and really enjoyed it. Plus our server Seif A was beyond wonderful. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and even offered suggestions on fav dishes. He jotted down all our orders (7 of us) and was sure he double checked that he jotted down all dietary restrictions before taking the order to the kitchen and did it all with a smile. We really enjoyed tonight's dinner experience and will be happily returning.?Dietary restrictions: Great options for GF dining and knowledgeable about cross contamination.
