Always tasty ?. The bread is way better than any other sub place. Easy to order online or in person. I've also ordered catering from here several times. My coworkers loved it. Quality ingredientsKid-friendliness: Kids meal comes with a firefighter hat.

I had a bad experience with this restaurant recently and it wasn't even something that was In their control. The manager I spoke with though assumed that it was and became extremely combative right away. To me that's not customer service. It doesn't matter if the issue has to do with your location or not. If somebody's contacting you, you treat them like a customer. Somebody from the store did try to reach out to me but no compensation was offered. I would have at least thought they would do something to apologize. This place no longer gets our business.

This location is one of the best in my opinion! Everyone is so nice and friendly including the young lady at the front who usually takes the order. There happened to be an issue with one of my orders and Jaski made it right. Kudos to Jaski and his team for making this location my favourite to go to! We'll be back!

Asked the person who took my money if I could have a pickle. Asked the person who called my name your order is ready. Is the pickle in the container. YES BUT ACTUALLY NO NO NO! How hard is it to put this in . Will NEVER BE BACK.

I had a large STEAK & CHEESE and it made me VOMIT!!! The steak was NOT COOKED at all. It was as if they took it out from where ever it was and slapped it on some bread with sauce. It was cold and way too fatty hard to chew much less swallow. This sandwich use to cost under $20 now it’s $24 and something cents. For garbage!!! I use to buy this everyday for lunch at the Dorval and QEW location in Oakville and it was really good. I don’t know what’s up with this location but it’s absolutely disgusting! Never again will I eat from this location. It’s sad bcuz the people there were so nice! I even donated $3.00 for one of the used pickle buckets bcuz the proceeds go to the Fire Station but man I must say. Very disappointed in how the steak and cheese tasted. So disgusting!

***UPDATED REVIEWDecember 9th 2023-After two dentist visits and 2 xrays my injured tooth has a dead nerve due to the trauma from the cookie and I have been referred to an endodontist who will preform a root canal.DO NOT EAT THE FIREHOUSE SUB COOKIE UNLESS YOU WANT A VERY EXPENSIVE ROOT CANAL.I am truly saddened that it has been two weeks and firehouse has not called me pertaining this incident.Dear Firehouse Subs Customer ServiceI am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during a recent lunch order at your establishment.Earlier in November, our office placed an order with Hyde park gate Oakville for lunch, which included a selection of delicious sandwiches and a cookie as part of my meal. However, upon consuming the cookie, I encountered a distressing situation. The cookie I received was unusually hard, almost brick-like in texture, which resulted in a significant impact on my upper incisor, causing immediate pain and discomfort.As a result of this incident, I have been diligently icing the affected area daily. Regrettably, the impact from the excessively firm cookie has led to considerable discomfort and pain in my front tooth. I had a previously scheduled dental appointment for tomorrow to address the situation. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my appointment had to be rescheduled for next Friday due to the illness of the hygienist.I am deeply upset by this situation, especially considering that my teeth have been in good health prior to this incident. I plan to consult with my dentist during the upcoming appointment to evaluate the severity of the damage caused by the incident. Once assessed, I will be in a better position to determine the necessary steps moving forward.I am reaching out to you to bring awareness to this incident and to kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter. First of all, Khushpreet is so sweet and kind. She was helpful I helping me pick my order and she was really helpful taking into consideration my dietary restrictions (no red meat), and she checked up on me while I was eating and offered to get me extra sauce and anything I needed. So kind!!! Service exceeded my expectations.The sandwich was also really good! Tasted fresh and they were generous with the fillings- it’s refreshing going to a sub spot that does this and gives more than 2 slices of meat. I got the pulled chicken and it was delicious.All in all, 10/10 experience and looking forward to coming back.
