Apparently closing time is not 8 on Fridays as advertised. I got there at 7:42pm and refused to serve me anything hot because they closed down all the appliances. Looks like I won't be stopping here anymore for dinner on the way home from work! So

Food is good and staff very friendly, but just found out that tips do NOT go to the staff working but to the owner operator! Very shady and selfish behaviour and very disappointed when I found this out!

5 stars doesn’t do justice here. I wish I could leave multiple reviews to show how great the service and food is here. The staff take their time and provide a quality meal. By far my favourite Freshii. I pass 2 other Freshii’s just because the service and quality I receive here. The owner Sam is the nicest individual you will ever meet. The way he treats his customers but more important how he treats his staff show how great of a person he is. Thank you Freshii for the amazing experience you provide Everytime I visit.

Compared to other locations this location is not as good their portions are less than others. I had chicken and received 3 pieces. I had the same at three other locations and they were way better. I will not come to this location again.
I love Freshii for their bowls. Today had a worst experience at this location. The attendant refused to add extra sauce on the Pongoa bowl. The bowl tasted bland. They have a nerve to ask tips without customer satisfaction. Not good Freshii! Don't recommend going this location.
