My partner and I went in and ordered two bowls. About the customer service and the bug I saw right by the food. I saw that the store now has a new menu which is fine. What I don’t think is fine is the employees not helping as they should. As someone who deals with customers on a regular basis and when things change you need to reintroduce and explain the changes. Your employee did not. I got barley any information. I’m disappointed in the customer service I received. When it came to the food bowl, the amount I got in the two bowls was ridiculous. I’m sorry but for the price you pay it should be more than what I received. When it comes to the bug issue, I have pictures to proof it. I was disgusted as it was right by the food that was being put in my bowl. I will be adding an attachment of the bug as it is definitely not a fly!I’m a regular customer when it comes to freshii. As I do love the food. But I am very disappointed and disgusted by this.

We had a delivery from that freshii location just today and we offered that food to our toddler as well. My bad that I don't taste the egg I gave to my toddler myself first... the egg was spoiled! The cherry tomatoes were smelly and rotten too. We are now monitoring potential food poisoning and will go to emergency if it gets serious. If anything happens with my baby, I'll be in touch with the food poisoning control and get this location inspected.

This location used to be great but unfortunately now it’s absolutely filthy and the smell is so bad when you walk through the door it makes me nauseous. Won’t be ordering from there and definitely won’t be dining in!!

Ordered for a work lunch. Food was good but the people were hard to understand and didn’t give me the impression of confidence with the order. I ordered on line for pick up at 11:30 from the previous night. Called next day to make sure and they had the order but said that they would “try” to have done. !!!

Where's my food??!! I ordered the Tex-Mex Bowls off the app and the bowls were only half filled! The avocado was 2 small pieces, and the rest of the bowl was like a half spoon of each item.

This is the worst freshii. I have ordered from here multiple times on Uber eats and every time the quantity of food I’m given gets less and less.I ordered a soup and pocket combo today and the soup came half full and the pocket was 80% bread with maybe one piece of chicken and sprinkle of cheese.For the price of this place it’s robbery. The one off dundas is much better. I won’t be ordering from this freshii anymore as today was the last straw for me.

Made an order on the app so it would be ready for me at a specific time, it was not even close to being ready at that time. 10 mins late. What’s the point of of scheduling ahead if it’s not ready?

Went today DIDNT eat the menu board VERY hard to read off center Very bad electronics So lady gave me menu that was laminated with 6 things crossed in FELT pen..... Left and went to another place.... Not what I expected

This is the worst freshii. Limited menu. Always out of ingredients. Ordered avocado, for $1.50 they literally gave me two pieces. Other freshiis are much better.

I ordered the kids Powerball and usually when I have it in store it is much better, although this time I purchased it through Uber eats, it saddens me to see that they don't put the same care into their food when the orders are made online. The sauce was too mixed up, and everything was soggy. I gave three stars because the broccoli was good but everything else was not.
