Poor customer service, spent $40 on three different flavours of smoothies and a burrito. Only one smoothie was drinkable. When we asked if we could exchange it they said it is store policy to not remake food customers don’t like. If you don’t like something you have to throw it away and walk from your money as they DO NOT stand behind their product. BEWARE!!!!

The food is good, and quality is fine, but the service is desperately slow.They are dreadfully understaffed - the poor lady working alone behind the counter had 13 orders to prepare, that I could count. I've ordered here around lunchtime twice, both times ordering ahead and it still takes 30 - 40 minutes for two simple bowls to be ready. Both times I arrived 20 minutes after ordering, but had to wait 10 to 20 additional minutes while other orders were prepared.It's a shame, maybe they can't find staff, or won't bring on additional staff just to ease the lunch rush, but I certainly won't be ordering again from this location any time soon.

Extremely slow service. You don't wanna order a pickup or a dine-in meal. They are usually not busy at all (may be due to poor experience of customers in the past), but they still can't seem to prepare well enough in a timely manner.Also, the staff is pretty unfriendly if you so much as raise an eyebrow or have a complaint or even an honest request to make. And they package the soups inappropriately, making the soup packaging leak all over. A pretty bad experience in a long time, I certainly don't wanna repeat.

So disappointed. Our order is never ready on time or even close to it. Today I ordered at 12:25 and my order wasn’t ready until an hour later for two bowls. (The order said it would be ready by 12:45) The food is just alright, definitely not worth the price. We’re going to stop ordering from here.

Cashier had no idea what she was doing. Took 15 minutes to make one salad. I was the only person in the restaurant. Steak didn’t taste good and barely any dressing on the salad

The young girl working yesterday (Sun, July 31st) had no sense of customer service skills. When I asked if she could toss the bowl, so that the sauce is distributed evenly, she looked at me oddly and proceeded to say “So you like want me to shake the bowl?” Her facial expression said it all; no sense of being happy to help on her end. This is not how you speak to customers. I think what made it worse was that I was speaking to her kindly and still got this treatment.She then puts my bowl on the table and monotonously says the bowl name. She didn’t put the bowl into a bag, didn’t include any cutlery, and didn’t bother asking if it was “for here or to go”. There was no thank you or have a nice day either. I have worked in the service industry and an annoyed, rude, monotone attitude is not okay. You’re supposed to greet and bid farewell to your customers. At least smile once? I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but this experience made me not want to come back to this location.
