The worst pizza i ever had I ordered pizza on uber eats… the guy who delivered the pizza was very nice. He delivered the pizza in 3 minutes at my home. As the pizza came i started to eat it looks like mixed fruit they didn’t even cut the pineapple and red pepper properly. They put the sauce on the pizza as they are feeding an animal. They should refund me

Congrats ! This is the best Gino's Pizza ? I have tried out of all locations in the GTA so far. I took a break to feed my Craving for a slice and long and behold this Locations blew my taste buds away !!! This is the standard people ! for quality ! Price is worth it !

The best pizza I have ever had, the stone baked process makes all the difference. The delivery guy was incredibly professional and might I say a tad attractive. Would definitely order from this location again and hope I get the same delivery guy.

4.0 / 5 on my fresh slice. I can’t comment on takeout full pie’s. Gino’s isn’t my style of pizza. But I forgot to eat, and they had a fresh pizza come out for a slice. It was a solid 4. Not Badiali’s but very respectable and I got it crisped up.The main guy who works there is very serious about pizza and seems passionate.The trick is this: only order fresh slices. If it’s been more than 20-25 mins, stay hungry. So it’s a hot or miss. But then you’re never disappointed. I read some of the reviews on the whole pizza, seems a mixed bag of good and bad. So it seems this location will either hit a home run, or just hit you with the ball. Good luck.

Amazing customer service. Been there a few times now with my wife and daughter and every time they go above and beyond. To the point of putting the tv on treehouse to calm my fussy child without me even having to ask and giving my daughter the Mickey Mouse toy they had at the cash register because she likes mickey mouse. Love this place. Food is always good too.

Customer service was awful, Not only, they were not accountable for their fault, they didn't make it up, but also they didn't do refund for pizza which we paid but was not delivered, irresponsible, also they wasted our time around 1 hour during the party by useless phone call which didn't have any results beside that our party

We ordered 5 pizzas but they delivered 4 to us. They didn't send the 5th one even after we called and asked for it. We will never order anything to them anymore.

We had a less-than-ideal pizza experience. Despite ordering five, only four pizzas arrived. Even after letting them know about the missing one, there was no effort to send it over. The overall quality of the pizzas was disappointingly low, lacking the flavors and satisfaction we were hoping for.

Confused by this location. I've been to other ginos and loved it but in this one the crust was bad and toppings were not fresh. I thought all the chain locations would be similar in taste but I was so disappointed. Not sure if it's due to cost cutting or just poor management but I don't think I'll come back again. (Staff was nice though)
