I came in to try this place for the first time a few days ago. The atmosphere was really nice and cozy. There's a lot of unique menu items so I was a bit confused, but a super sweet barista (Carol) helped me with my order. After asking me a few questions about my preferences, we eventually decided on the mango parfait. It was soooo good. I will definitely be back sometime soon!

Delicious slush, smoothies and milk tea, with an amazing coconut dessert series. Teas can be hot or cold so I had been getting them no matter the weather. Washroom is always clean when I visit, the music fits the vibe, and you can sometimes even catch them working on making something new for their menu or instagr for later promotion. Overall one of my fave go-to tea and slush places.

I have been going to Gotcha since the grand opening, and I love it! my family and I enjoy coming here for a nice treat. The workers are really nice, and if you find the right drink you will never be disappointed. I highly recommend trying out this place.

My partner and I always purchase from this location if we want quick and good bbt. Their yakult drinks are great and we really enjoy the mango parfait when mangoes are in season. I typically go for the fruit teas over milk teas as they provide real fruit in the drinks.

We ordered 3 drinks for take-out. It took them forever to make. We initially waited for 15 minutes, then we told them we had to pickup our kids but would come back in 20 minutes to pick up the orders. But when we actually came back in about 30 minutes, the orders were still not completed, only 2 out of 3 for us to pick up. The lady told me they were very busy, but there is nobody in the store from what I can see. And because we were in hurry again, we couldn’t wait any longer nor go back again.

Gotcha is our favourite Boba place in Oakville by far! The Bubble Tea is so fresh. The staff is excellent and friendly. The store is new and clean and plays great music. The owner is so kind and welcoming. Today, my daughter was sick and they gave us extra popping boba on the side in our delivery to make her day. They go above and beyond and we appreciate it. Love this place!
This is a very lovely place, clean and with a modern setting. The staff are very friendly and patient. I ordered the mango parfait and a drink was specially made for me: Lychee/peach fruit tea, I was debating between lychee or peach and the owner suggested mixing the two. While I could taste the combination of lychee and peach, I also savoured the freshly brewed tea. It was a perfect balance of all the flavours. Both my drinks were super delicious! They offer so many choices and good thing is they have the Top 20 drinks, which made my decision much easier. The location is very convenient, and there is plentyof parking available! My kids enjoyed it so much and we will be back very soon :)
