For a place that charges 20$ for a plate of haddock and fries it’s incredible both taste and feel worse than your average fast food place. The fries were undercooked and soggy, yet the onion rings were over cooked and burnt, and the fish left me physically sick for hours after. The only acceptable part was the 10$ for 8 small pieces of garlic bread, which isn’t saying much because it’s very difficult to make garlic bread which isn’t good.

This location's restaurant has completed fraud. Our order was never picked up by an Uber eats delivery person, as the driver arrived at my place of work without my meal and could not speak ONE WORD of English. Over $100 was spent on food items.When speaking with a woman at the restaurant, she told me to tell the uber driver to cancel the order, unfortunately he had a translator on the phone while speaking to him from his car window. The order was then cancelled on the restaurant's end saying a driver was not available to deliver the order.While on the phone with her, she told me Uber would be in contact with me to issue a refund and review their policies. Meanwhile, they have received the money for the order already.My order was cancelled BUT a refund could not be issued? When trying to dispute with Uber eats "not enough information was provided" because the restaurant could not confirm our order was never picked up and delivered to me.If you want to avoid WASTING your money and not receiving food, save yourself from ordering through this establishment.

This was a very sad meal. I rarely feel this negative about a meal. The fish was oily and so thin it fell to mush. Fries tasted like old oily fish. There isnt. 1 thing that was enjoyable. Never again. So many good fish and chip spots in Oakville ...avoid this location. !!!

My husband and I went there for lunch, the fries tasted like they were pre-cooked previously, had an oily taste and the halibut (which we would always order)was a strong fishy taste, nothing like halibut, seems new owners took over from last time we were there. Informed manager and he just shrugged and basically said nothing. Will not be going back. Overall disappointment, my husband who always finishes the meal, only ate half and couldn't eat any more. Management does not seem to care at all.
