Food was good. Service was sparse. Had to wait way too long to order second round of drinks , dessert and to get the check. Seemed like a different person came to the table every time. Wouldn’t go back to eat on a weekend.

Walking into the restaurant you get the feeling you are in for a pleasant mix of great food and service. It was not the case on my first visit. The Landing Burger was dry, lacking flavor and the presentation disappointing. Skip this item for the price. The steak was cooked well with a good seer, but again for the size of the steak and its sides the presentation was left to be remembered.

Absolutely wonderful! Our server Romayne was incredible- Absolutely fantastic and polite service. We will definitely be coming back! The food was fantastic!

Our Server was AMAZING, unfortunately the hostesses were terrible!!!! Came in, stood in front of them for 2-3 minutes, all 3 of them did not acknowledge my existence the entire time I stood in front of them. I walked off and located my friends at our table all on my own. For that, I will not return.Parking: Oakville location
Second time here — honestly the food was great.But the sitting was an issue.The server was extremely confused as I told her we would like to have a booth as mentioned on the reservation. They just ignored the note and had us seated near the washroom booth where there was a large gathering for celebration . Please don’t ask the individual to place specific notes if they are being ignored. This was very important for me since it was a very special brunch.

Service started fine but quickly went downhill.. Server was Cat A. An hour into it, she never came by to refill water or give us an update. After an hour of waiting we asked for an update on our food, which she replied "I wouldn't know off the top of my head, but I'll ask" and then never came back to give us an update leaving us there for 20 more minutes passing by us and not making eye contact at all. We never saw her after that interaction but her coworker was amazing and gave us better service in 20 minutes than Cat did in 2 hours.
I was recently at Harper’s for a birthday party Friday April 12 around 7:30pm. The food was great but the service was a little spotty. Our waiter was making some weird comments that made us feel uncomfortable. For example, someone ordered a burger with only the patty, cheese and bacon and the waiter was almost making fun of the girl for not having any garnish, and then when it came time to leave she still had half her burger and wanted to take it home and he made another comment about there not being enough food to take home…it was just a little weird.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt in the need to share my experience. I am very grateful for the staff of Harpers Landing for everything they have done yesterday to make it a very special day for us. We had initially reserved at a restaurant (which I won’t be sharing its name because they were not at fault) in Mississauga about a week ago for 21people. The reservation was confirmed for yesterday and once we got to the place, a lady with her daughter was found sitting on our table. Apparently the staff have been trying to fix the problem with her and took turns in asking her to politely move to another table since this was a reserved spot for our party. She had no reservation. She just walked into the place and sat down. We even tried to talk to her calmly to ask her to sit on any other table, but she was so rude and wouldn’t move. If there was another table that fit us all, we would have definitely moved, but unfortunately there wasn’t. Anyways, we just got so upset that we decided to see if we can try some where else, so we ended up calling Harpers Landing to check to see if they can accommodate such a big number in such short notice and they did, so we drove down there and we were greeted in the nicest way possible. Our waiter was amazing, and every staff there was wonderful! So this is basically to say thank you so much for turning a bad day into a really special one!! The food was spectacular and everything was perfect!

Great place and atmosphere. Food is delicious and well presented. Once we made a last minute booking but wanted a seat in a specific location. The manager was fantastic, she absolutely did her best to accommodate us on a nice spot despite it being a busy day. Came here for an impromptu lunch with my family. We were a party of seven and they got us seated quickly and comfortably even though it was very busy. The waiter was AMAZING. His name is Danny and he was very welcoming, kind, funny, and made us feel like we were his family. Would come back just based on the service alone but the food was a great bonus!
