The staff at this restaurant were utterly disappointing. Not only were they slow and inattentive, but their attitudes left much to be desired. It felt like we were inconveniencing them by simply being there. Requests were met with sighs and eye rolls, and it seemed like they couldn't wait to get us out the door. It's a shame, because even mediocre food can be salvaged by great service, but unfortunately, that was sorely lacking here

Came here for a birthday dinner with a small group of friends last night. We ordered some cocktails when we got there and waited 40 minutes just to get the drinks. Once we got them they were watered down and melted. One of the drinks (the sour apple martini) was so bad that we sent it back only missing one sip, and we still had to pay for it too. The server dropped an entire tray of dirty plates and sauce all over my fiancés jacket. The server was extremely rude once they realized we didn’t tip because of this. It’s unfortunate because our first visit here was great, but I don’t think we will be back because of this. The woman’s washroom was also disgusting and the mirror was broken to pieces.

I’m not sure what happened to this place over the years. Used to be a great all you can eat sushi place however, their service has gone down the drain. Give off very rude vibes, not very welcoming at all. Not even decent, just straight rude vibes. Food is good but I know plenty of other all you can eat places that have amazing food and great service. I gave this place another shot after months and experienced the same old rude service. I have come with different groups of people and they have all felt it. Very sad.

For years, my family and I have been frequenting this sushi restaurant in Oakville for various celebrations and each visit has been nothing short of spectacular. The service is consistently excellent, with attentive staff who ensure that every aspect of our dining experience is perfect. And the food? Absolutely delicious! Whether it’s sushi rolls, takoyaki, salmon pizza, sashimi or other Japanese delights, this restaurant never fails to impress. I can confidently say that every time we dine here, we leave with satisfied appetites and happy memories. Thank you for always providing top-notch service and incredible food!
Food is great. My partner and I are ususally there for the torched sushi. Atmosphere of the place is great, it can get dimmer just to fit certain moods of the day. This place is good enough other than some sushi buffets.Despite all the good service and quick take on the the customers.I am pretty sure that tipping isn't Mandatory it's a choice. It's a privelage to get tip from customers and not ask for it like a child in need for money.If the servers are asking for tip then they need to go to a different profesion because this shouldn't be a job for you make money else where other than scamming customers for tip.Customers should be weary about this restaurant because they shouldn't be scammed by tipping without knowing nor asking for a tip.

This used to be my go to sushi spot until today. Unfortunately, I found a bug in my fried rice. The servers were kind and attentive and offered a discount, however I will not be returning.
Food was horrible and deteriorated so much from previous visits . Beef was inedible , chicken tasted as if it went bad . extremely expensive for this level of food .

Food is decent, however the service is terrible. Slamming plates onto tables, not getting what we ordered or if we do less than what was ordered. We asked for water for everyone at the table and didn’t get it. When we got our soft drinks, we asked for straws and the server told us it’s for kids only. My fiancé asked shortly after and she didn’t even hesitate to give us straws. At the end we did not tip for these reasons that should not have even been missed as experienced waitresses (i’ve been coming here for so long i know these faces) As we were leaving the server had the audacity to demand we leave a tip as if she didn’t just deny the adults to have straws in our soft drinks or simply remember to get us water. Where do you get off saying this to customers?
