Not sure what people are expecting. For the quality that comes with convenience, it's pretty good. It's not a restaurant - so an avid sushi eater shouldn't even compare and be more reasonable. Portion size could be a bit more generous (see pic), but taste is not bad. Love this location compared to the other ones.

They are horrible. Do not understand the order, I asked for vegetarian sushi, confirmed my order again while giving the money and the lady there said yes to the vegetarian . I started eating but the taste seemed off so I went back to them to ask what veggies did they put and then they said it is not vegetarian, it was crab sushi.I had never eaten meat in my life, I am a pure vegetarian person..and of course I was furious. The guy said it might be miscommunication...I told him it was not miscommunication, it was not listening on their part even when I confirmed that this is vegetarian before giving the money. And worse was that they had no remorse even when I said I am a vegetarian and you sold me this for what..10 bucks? Awful!!! Never trust that you will get what you ordered. So disgusting and upsetting.

I was checking out the food court at Oakville Place. I walked past Mac's Sushi, which is a standalone stall on the second floor. It was perhaps 7:30 pm. A friend of my told me that she loves Mac's Sushi because it always has an end-of-day sale. That tip immediately hit me. I needed to stop by and look. A couple was behind the counter. They seemed happy to see a human. Discounts are designated by different coloured stickers. I didn't bother looking at it. I was focused on finding a box that I wanted. I ended up with salmon and California rolls. There was a lot of choice. I saw everything from a single roll to a huge, round tray of assorted sushi. The woman helped cash me out. I paid with a debit card. She asked if I needed a bag. I was good carrying everything with what I had. She gave me a pair of chopsticks, which I appreciated. I had my food when I got back to my hotel room. Everything was fresh and yummy. Delicious! I got a sauce dish for my soy. The D was faded, so I kept snickering when I saw my sauce ish. It was my first time enjoying food from Mac's Sushi. Markham doesn't have one, but I'm thrilled that Oakville had a decent one. Should I be back at this mall, I'm definitely returning near the end of the day to get more cheap good eats. (431)

Ordered takeout from here first off the dynamite rolls and spicy crab rolls were really good the salmon rolls however tasted off and a bit of a mashed mix for the spicy roll I could not finish them. I ordered form here a few times with no issues so maybe it was just an off day for them.

We live closeby mapleview Burlington and mac sushi is our go to for fresh and affordable sushi. We aleays get salmon negiri, cal maki and crab salad roll- sooo good tasty! Highly recommend
Horrible customer service. Asked a question regarding the end of day sale and the employee just stared at me. My mother tried asking again and all he said was "what?" Very rude and standoffish, we decided to take our business elsewhere.

Do not waste your money here!$14.99 Inadequate, paper thin Salmon slivers on the rolls. If I wanted rice rolls, I would have made them at home!
