Usually pleasant.Today I was given a dirty look and the silent treatment for asking please could I have a tray (before person got to window with coffee). Find it difficult to carry coffees and all my bags through large parking lot at work, sorry.Shame this simple and friendly request upset the attendant, hope her day got better.

The drive thru wasn't busy in the least but three people were assigned to the station. I walked into the restaurant to pick up an online order but didn't see any kiosks so thought they didn't offer it there but I tried my luck.I walked up to the counter and was ignored by the cashier, so just waited around for my mobile order. My drink came out first, but no reference to the order number... Waited for rest of order and asked for an extra bbq sauce. Was told I'd have to pay for it which was fine but when I asked how much a packet cost the server had no clue.The franchise owner is obviously cutting back seriously since they are very stingy with napkins. I had to ask for ketchup which wasn't put into the take out bag. I was begrudgingly handed one packet.It is a smaller location that is in need of a refresh. The parking lot is also tiny and filled with pot holes. If you're in the area head a little further north to the location on Iroquois and Trafalgar. Much better service.

I ordered an uber eats meal from this location... I didn't think it was possible to mess an order up so badly. 1st, they forgot the burger and fries for my meal combo. The drink they they gave me was the wrong drink. The 3 egg mc muffins I ordered didn't even have eggs in them. Disappointed!
No free refills on a soft drink that costs $2+ is appalling is losing a customer really worth the 3¢ it would have cost?

This is one of the smaller McDonald's. It is open for indoor dining until 22:00, but it is open 24h for drive-thru. There are a lot of customers at 21:00 unlike other locations I've been to. You are lucky if you see 1 or 2 other customers. The service is courteous and fast. I ordered the following:1. Maple Brown Sugar Muffin ($2.19).2. Chocolate Shake (medium $4.39). The muffin was good in that it was not overly sweet with the brown sugar, and there is a subtle taste of maple. There is plenty of indoor seating. What I haven't seen at other locations are counter seating facing the front windows. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There are separate male/female washrooms, and they are wheelchair accessible. There is a baby change table in each washroom. There are 2 high chairs for little children. Review 2023-382

Please visit this location over Iroquois location. Staff are so much better, for quality is amazing and the order is always correct.

Slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I ordered a fruit drink and waited for 10 mins and had to ask the manager to get it for me (she was polite and friendly but next time I'll try the Harvey's next door).

very dissatisfied just completely awful service, terrible staff they are not attentive always get your order wrongif you don't ask for combo they won't put it in combo even if you order everything separately which they should recommend combo to save the costumer money... its clear that they only care about money here rather than the costumers... won't be stopping here again.
