TERRIBLE customer service. Workers don’t even greet you with a hello anymore. They rush you, never give you your bill total, and half of the time they forget items in your order. Do better McDonald’s.

Since this place opened, I've been a regular because of the location, but unfortunately, it's got a reputation for consistently messing up orders. Among my top 3 worst experiences: (1) receiving a "burger" that was simply an empty bun with cheese glued to the cardboard box and when I approached them about it, they just laughed at how ridiculous it looked and gave me a new burger, (2) having items missing from my combo meals…like no coffees and hash browns came when ordering through Uber Eats, and when I called them, they suggested I drive over to pick it up – defeating the purpose of using Uber Eats. Lastly, there was an instance where I paid for someone else's meal at the drive-thru without realizing it. Honestly they suck and if it wasn’t for the location being convenient, I would never come here. I just wish it was better.

Don’t order curbside pickup or drive thru without checking your order first. I ordered here at least 5 curbside orders and they were missing my items 4 times so far. I contacted McDonalds with this matter and they always said they will either send coupon or contact the restaurant to get refund or other matters. Even today, i ordered curbside pickup and i checked my order before i left and of course, one item was missing. I went back to restaurant and told them that i am missing the item and they gave it to me but at this point i am not sure if they are doing this on purpose or just careless.

March 8, 2024 around midnight...I ordered McChicken combo and I kid you not, the chicken sandwich only had the top piece of the bun but the bottom was nowhere to be found. The chicken patty was nore like a hockey puck.They threw all my food in the bag, so the hamburger and mcdouble and their contents were all over the inside of the bag, it was a mess! I was already home when I realized. Awful service!!!!!!! The staff just didn't seem to care ? HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
