This is one of the nicer WalMart McDonald's that I've been to! It's more of a store within a store than the ones that used to have the seating in the WalMart's. Not sure if those still exist. This one does have a bench with a Ronald McDonald sitting there and on days where you aren't looking for him, he might scare the crap out of you when you realize it's not a real person lol There's a couple of digital ordering kiosks or you can order up front. This location also supports both McDelivery and pickup. On occasions where I've gotten pickup here, they're usually pretty fast. I think we also caught them on a good fry cycle as they were hot and fresh from the fryer. I have also gotten delivery though and it's so hit or miss with whether they mess up your order. I had delivery from this McDonald's 3 days in a row (don't judge me) and 2 of the orders had issues. The first day, the wrong nugget sauce was provided. The second day, no nugget sauce was provided however they did include a random cheeseburger. The third day, everything was fine and I finally got to try the WcDonald's (yes with a 'W'!) sauce. They do make sure all the delivery orders and sealed shut and everything is always packed really well so nothing has spilled during transit.

I ordered an ice cream cone and extra jam and peanut butter but they refused to give me these items and then an employee told me that I can’t get it even though it’s an option on the menu very bad service this review is towards one employee the rest of them where

Took forever as they prioritized delivery. Didn't have what we ordered available. Fries sucked. Mcdonalds has no standards

The worst drive thru possibly imaginable. Absolutely no regard for customer service. Ordered at window and was asked to park and they would bring out my order. I waited 15-20 minutes not sure why I even tolerated that length of time, only to still be sitting in my car awaiting them to bring my order and watching two other vehicles after me get their order. I had to go into to the restaurant to retrieve my order that was sitting there on the pick up counter. Most incompetent staff and managers I have encountered at any McDonald's locations.

The restaurant is treated very poorly by the staff and I do not recommend it. They are also very slow in preparing the order and the staff does not react well. I don't totally recommend it.
The foods are are not fresh specially the fries. Burger are soggy and cold . And I’m looking to them how they prepare the foods and how they make the hamburgers by bare hands they don’t wear gloves at all. And watching them touching everything and everywhere. I don’t know they don’t wear gloves. Sorry I can’t eat my order fries and burger. Disgusting!

This is the worst McDonalds in Oakville. They will mess up your order and act like you're the problem. They were rude to all the costumers that came in tonight (09/20/2023 - 5:45 pm). And just a word of advice to the overweight Indian girl and the overweight white girl: If you're going to trash talk the customers together, say it to our faces, cowards.

Well I guess 3 times is the charm for the 235 Hays Blvd location to not give Skip the Dishes my full order. I ordered 2 Hash brown, 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin, 2 Baked Apple pies, 1 Orange Juice, Chocolate milk, and a medium coffee. What got dropped off was coffee, chocolate milk and the orange juice. So I called to notify the store, mentioned the missing food and was told "Oh yeah we forgot to give the driver the second bag", also nice to hear laughter in the background. Was asked how far away I live and I said I am across the street but there is a reason I ordered the food for delivery. Went to get my food and the young girl said, "here's your food" so of course it's cold now. I asked if I get some kind of compensation for having to drive here and get my order plus this is the third time it's happened. Maybe a coupon for a free meal or a muffin or something. Girl went to the back for a minute comes back with a pen and paper and says the safe is locked where the coupons are so she has nothing to offer. I said forget it and left before she told me about the pen and paper. This was very very inconvenient, people at this location need to wake up, but then again this is 2023 and we don't have the most awake youth walking around.
