Milestones has been a favourite for myself and my friends for years and today I experienced the best service yet. Bella was punctual without seeming pushy, she frequently checked on our table while also giving us all the time we needed to pick what we were eating and was ready with recommendations. I would go just for her service alone!

Ordered food for pick up . Placed ordered at 6:20 for pick up for 6:50. Arrived at the restaurant just after 6:50. Told my order wasn’t ready and told to sit and wait. Hostess walked by a few times to say “ sorry. Not ready yet “. I was handed my order at 7:25. 35 minutes after I showed up. Hostess apologized but no manager was around. Meals weren’t hot. Very disappointing

The rice noodles dish was unfortunately not very good. It lacked flavour and was a bit like cardboard. For the price , the quality was really a let down.The service people were very nice and polite, but I couldn't catch a waiters eye for the whole meal to get some lime to make it taste better.The atmosphere is quite cozy though !

5 of us visited on Sunday March 24 and we thoroughly enjoyed the service Adrian provided from the start. He was kind, attentive and was ready to ensure we had what we wanted, he knew how to make it happen. The food was good, up to the standard we have had in the past, but our experience was made rich from Adrian's service. Thank you Adrian for making our celebration special

There was definitely over-service happening here. Our server, although great, had checked in more than 7 times during the course of our meal. It was only until after dinner we learned why. We were offered a $10 voucher for our next visit if we left a 5-star review that mentioned our server. Yikes.

Went over the weekend for lunch and had a lovely experience. Their classic eggs Benedict were awesome and the service was the best part about the whole experience. Himali went out of her way and gave us a 5 star experience. It was our first milestones experience so we ordered based on her recommendations and it we were not at all disappointed. For me the service experience counts more than the food itself.

Edited To Add: I have updated my review to reflect the poor managerial response that demonstrates a lack of reading comprehension. I did not enjoy my experience here, and I do not recommend it.I don't recommend eating here because the food wasn't very good. The pasta to meat/veggie ratio was off (way too much pasta). The pasta was basically oily/buttery noodles with no sauce. It was very bland, no flavour and the only bites I enjoyed were the shrimp. It was honestly a waste of money, especially in this economy. The service was average to below average.
