I dined in with my family and for the amount of money that we spent, the food quality was not the best. The entree cheese dip was so hard and too thick, my sauce for my mashed potatoes were also too thick, and my husband's ribs were too hard. Our server at first was awkward at first but later started to be more friendly. Servers ALWAYS need to be friendly and welcoming no matter what the circumstances. So I would say the food quality and customer service needs to be better.

I was standing for 15 minutes. I have to yell out for someone finally they came out .. just to telling me they close at 945 pm when i was standing at 930pm .. the waitress was with terrible attitude ..
Very Poor Service. The waiter was very irresponsible. She did not write down what customer order and then she came to ask again after a long time waiting. So we have to wait with the kids in hungry. Finally, she brings the wrong side dishes. Very disappointed with the service.

Not the fault of the servers, but we learned there were only two servers in the whole restaurant tonight. It took forever to get waited on. We had to search for a waiter several times, as did others. The food was not fabulous. The salad was old lettuce. I was disappointed since it was my birthday.

I’ve had this same wrap many many times (since 1999)Favorite meal at Montanas.Not sure if the quantity of the ingredients is different when it is for a take out meal?I was given a room temperature soda, went back inside to ask for a cold one, none available. ☹️
