Recently we visited the restaurant and it was absolutely not busy......again though, as we have experienced in the past, we waited and waited and waited....for everything. One of our orders came out incorrect.....do the servers not ensure what they are bringing to the table is correct? More waiting. Waiting for the bread loafs....its like the server will be faulted by management for bringing the next bread loaf. If they cost you too much money for the restaurant, then don't offer them as "included" with your meal on your menu. Then on our bill, we see a charge for bread loaf. Hmmmm.....interesting since two of our meals included them. I actually took a photo of the manager and the only two servers standing together (for about 20 minutes) just chatting away as we were waiting to be served. You need to pull up your socks and SERVE the customers or you will lose them all. I read your other Google reviews and see that I am not the only one who feels this way. You can pass a message to our server that when we indicated that service was lacking, her response of "there are only two servers today" resulted in no tip left.....it indicates how dissatisfied we were with the service and her response to our concern. Not sure if we'll ever be back.

One of the most disappointing experiences in my life. Very expensive mediocre pizza. Very bland, very oily rice balls. Our go to is usually Gino's, but I wanted to try something "authentic" for a change. Not impressed at all. Will not order again.

The food was ok but the pizza Dident have enough sauce and the spaghetti and meatball was undercooked the meat tasted fake and had a dough like texture and the spaghetti was thick and undercooked it was also cold and the washroom the nice but the doors dident lock and the toilet paper was really ruff and there were bugs but there was nice service

Ordered the calamari (like chewing a tire) wish I had a photo because it came out like onion rings. My girlfriend and I got main courses of spaghetti carbonara(butter noodles with undercooked bacon - absolutely flavourless). My girlfriend had got Penne pomodoro (same consistency of alphagetti - same flavour as well). Only reason I would give any stars is the young waitress, who had a welcoming personality and kind smile. Otherwise I will never be coming back to this establishment - especially with such other great restaurants so close.

We ordered off of their catering menu for a party. They went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Food was delicious. Would definitely go there again.

It's a great place to get authentic Italian food which takes love and care to prepare no matter who is watching the oven. It's worth the visit!Parking: Signal your turn into the parking lot and find an empty parking spot and proceed to carefully park your car. And from there walk to the restaurant and get a little Italian atmosphere along with some very good Italian food.
