Came here this afternoon for a pita with my girlfriend, we ended up getting 3 pitas, rude staff, grill looked uncleaned, pitas were eaten and both of us are feeling sick right afterwards.

Best Pita Pit in GTA! I am personally a huge fan of fan of Pita Pit. This location is the BESTTT. Staff is extremely friendly. Environment is clean and welcoming. As soon as we entered staff greeted us and took our order. While making our Pita she took her time and listened to what we asked for (which is rare these days now). I had veggie pita and she mentioned that I can get EXTRA CHEESE whenever I order garden veggie pita. OMG I have been to so many pita pits but nobody has told me this. She made sure my pita was worth every penny! The pita bread was fresh so does veggies. Over all experience was AMAZING. I am surely going to visit again. Thank you for making our experience pleasurable.

Came here this afternoon for a pita with my girlfriend, we ended up getting two monstrosity’s of inedible food, their is no way they thought that the amount of sauce and avocado they put on would be acceptable. We ate the pitas less than 5 minutes after they were made and both of our pitas were soaked and soggy and tearing down the middle, on top of that the amount of sauce and avocado they put into the pita made it absolutely disgusting and we weren’t able to get through 1/4 of our pitas before feeling sick to our stomachs. Absolutely ridiculous if this is the normal standard set for making your pitas.

When attending this restaurant this evening the male working there assumed I was Uber, since I’m a brown male. There was no greeting, just walking into the store I was greeted to “what’s your number” and proceeded to tell me he was waiting on uber. No sorry nothing!I think your staff needs training and not to judge and profile people based on appearances. Too bad 0 stars can not be provided. And too bad you loose customers this wayAnyone wondering the actual Uber driver who did come in later was a white male lol

I normally like pita pit, as I enjoy their rice bowls and pitas. To my dissatisfaction, this is the closest location to my home and I will never give this place my business. The owners have created discriminatory policies which they force their minimum wage workers to enforce. The workers were not only rude in doing so but were also hypocritical, rules for thee but not for me. Very unhealthy energy about this place. 0/10

I had to come and write a review after my experience yesterday at 6:50pm.Your hours are odd, why do you close at 7pm in the midst of dinner? I thankfully had my order taken right before closing without refusal. After my order, the women wouldn't take anymore orders from the people walking in (2 others trying to order). Strange, when in this pandemic people are trying to support local. Also, the make shift "NO EXEMPTION" sign written in permanent marker is off putting. Especially when Halton mandates state exemptions should be honoured. This is directly from the website: "In accordance with the by-law, those exempted from the requirement to wear a non-medical mask/face covering in enclosed public places within the Town of Oakville, must be recognized as exempted from the by-law and this procedure, and not discriminated against nor required to provide proof for exemption." Try doing better.

Usually only one person working. Never acknowledge when you walk in. Happy to let you wait 10 mins and take phone orders instead of customers waiting in line. Won’t return. This is not a one time thing. Has been like this for years. COVID is nothing new “owner” you should have made adjustments by now instead of blaming terrible service on COVID. Tsk tsk

Very friendly staff and large portions of veggies - I haven't had a bad experience and usually come once a month as it's close to my work. Just wish there was more protein as I only get 3-4 bites of meat.

as I walked in pita pit I was treated so horrible right when I walked in,This worker did not even look at me or great me with a hello. She was rude, and rude to her other coworker and myself. This is not the first time i've gotten treated bad by the older workers something needs to be done,This is a great franchise but needs better workers who do not treat customers and take advantage of their younger employees and treat them horrible. I was treated with a horrible attitude. I hope this is taken into consideration.
Best pita pit hands down! The pitas are delicious but the service is amazing. The guy behind the counter was basically doing it all and doing it efficiently too. We didn’t have to wait long but even if we did it would be easy to recognize that he was working hard and the wait was well deserved! We will be back!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any store. As we walked in today, we were greeted, by a young lady, with barely a “hello”. No hi how are you, how was your day, nothing. Now that alone, is rude enough, but upon ordering two pitas, she didn’t even ask me if I wanted anything else, and I was going to purchase a drink and chips but she didn’t even give me the option or the chance to order it, and left the register without waiting for the payment to complete. As they were putting the meat on the grill, I had to shout over the register, to ask if they could put mushrooms and onions on the grill for me. They didn’t even turn around to acknowledge me with their reply. So I just told them to forget about the order and walked out. We ended up going to the Dundas st west location and the customer service was night and day. Never have I experienced such poor and impolite customer service. please train your employees at the oak park location, to give proper customer service.

Horrible experience here. I walked in and waited in line with another lady for 5 minutes before staff even came to the front to take our order. After the lady takes our order she has to go to the washroom and needs to the get the second staff. After that they slowly made the first ladies pitas and then took everyone else's order before starting mine. Then the pita was broken and fell apart. Safe to say I won't be going back and I will spend my money at Pita Nutso across the street. Save your time.
